Mouth Watering Summer Menu at Gardd Y Nos

To get you in the mood for summer (and let's hope its hot and sunny!) Gardd Y Nos restaurant has it's summer menu to inspire your taste buds!!.

The location and the restaurant has a strong mediterranean feel and if the evenings prove to be warm and balmy you can eat Al Fresco under the palms.

Why not book a table this Bank Holiday Weekend.  They are actually open on Sunday evening this weekend but closed Monday 3rd May.

I have just been glancing through the menu and think I would start with Seared Local Scallops on Sweet Corn & Saffron cakes with a Sweet Tomato & red pepper dressing.  My mouth is already watering!!

Now for the Main - difficult to choose as a good choice and I like everything but I think I would stay with the "Sea" and go for the Hot Pot of the Sea with fillets of Bass and Harke with Prawns and Mussels.

Desserts - well hubby is beside himself with the choice - all homemade but I am pretty sure he will go for the Hot Bread Pudding with Rum & Raisin Syrup and Chantilly Cream - a real Gardd y Nos favourite - they just cannot remove it from the menu!  For the full menu see click here
