This cookbook is a cookbook like no other with the most wonderful innovative recipes.  Some of which have inspired Ludo Dieumguard for his Gourmet Night on 25th June, especially when it comes to the dessert.

Edible Flowers are definitely the Hot Topic in fashionable food according to Jay Rayner food critic as he recently discussed edible flowers as being of the ‘present’ with Alex on the BBC’s One Show 

You may recall Jay Rayner was one of the food critics who raved over Ludo’s Oyster & Pouilly Fuissé Jelly with Cucumber Spaghetti, Horseradish Cream & Oscietre Caviarin  during the quarter finals of Masterchef Professionals back in 2009.
