This weekend is very special for Ludo Dieumegard as he will be creating a delicious menu for a table of 10 discerning dinners in Cardiff at the prestigious Holland House for Ty Hafan’s Chefs Night Out
(Sadly just for this coming weekend 4th and 5th September for Newcastle Emlyn’s discerning diners Ludo’s at the Coopers will be closed.)
Ludo is one of 15 top chefs donating their time and culinary skills to impress the diners who will have paid a minimum of £195 per ticket in aid of Ty Hafan. Tables of 10 have been booked for £1950. Each table of 10 will have one of these talented chefs prepare and cook an exciting menu for them. If you are lucky enough to have Ludo you will not be disappointed – the critics on Masterchef Professionals thought Ludo was an extremely talented and creative chef – in fact John Walsh said Ludo was a "Magician with Food" and Michel Roux said “He’s good. After the dinner there will be an Auction for each Chef to cook a dinner for 10 people in the home of the successful bidder. See Chefs Night Out for terms and conditions.
