One of the Highlights of the Summer Calendar  along the Ceredigion coastline is the

Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival.

Each year  record numbers of people flock to the Aberaeron Quayside to see, sample and enjoy  the very best of local seafood, fish and other glorious produce.

Our very own thebestof member Ludo Dieumegard of Ludo's (Masterchef semifinalist 2009) will be demonstrating his skills along with several other renowned chefs such as Dudley Newbery S4C and  Hywel Jones of Lucknam Park, Bath and many local Chefs too!

The festival buzzes with enthusiastic foodies.  You will find a variety of food produce stalls together with Fish tastings.  Learn how to fillet fish and enjoy a mackerel bbq.  There will be live music and folk dancing – in fact loads to keep the entire family entertained.

For the real foodie drop into Naturally Scrumptious before you leave Aberaeron.  It is the most scrummy deli in West Wales – there is always something to tempt the tastebuds!!

After the festival and keeping with the food theme, drop down to New Quay (South of Aberaeron) and you will find the theme continues especially at Traeth Bar & Grill.  Nigel Jones Chef and owner, really knows his food – you will not be disappointed.  Everything but everything is freshly cooked to order.  Added bonus of great views from the balcony of Traeth over Cardigan Bay. -  So go on have a Foodie Day Out this Sunday!!
