The ’14 Days of Love’ is a fabulous initiative which allows you the customer to show your ‘lurrrvve’ for the best businesses in the area. Look out for the 14 Days of Love Posters located in some of the best businesses in the area
‘14 Days of Love’ is all about the people of Britain showing some love and appreciation to the millions of small business owners right across the UK but most particularly locally here in Cardigan & Teifi Valley. There are many small to medium businesses in and around Cardigan & the Teifi Valley that have continued to be there for its customers despite what the economic climate not to mention what the banks may have thrown at them. They have shown a fighting spirit together with a big caring smile so now its time to show these unsung heroes our love for them.
Our ’14 Days of Love’ campaign is encouraging people all over the country to ‘share some love’ about a great local business. Why not share yours with the businesses in Cardigan & along the Teifi Valley?
We’ve set up a page at www.thebestof.co.uk/cardigan (from Monday 1st Feb) where anyone can go and declare their love for any great local business in the area. So whether your unsung hero is in Tregaron or Lampeter, in the East of our area or along the Teifi in Llandysul, Newcastle Emlyn , Cenarth Falls and on towards the Estuary at Cardigan to the South at Newport (Pembs) and Crymych or North in Aberporth, New Quay or Aberaeron along the coast, do “kiss and tell” and give some love to this business by telling us all about them and make the day of a business owner who’s not used to being told how good he or she is.
By sharing some love in such a simple, but tangible way, people can shed a little light into the dark of winter and make the world just a tiny bit better place!
We’re pulling together a list of the Top 20 ‘Most Loved Businesses’ in the Cardigan & Teifi Valley area, which you will see daily on the Love o Meter and a separate list of the Top 5 ‘Most Loved’ businesses by category – so ‘most loved florists’, ‘most loved printers’, most loved butchers, most loved Dentists, ‘most loved tree surgeons’ etc etc right across the UK.
In addition, we’re recognising Greatest Lovers in Cardigan & Teifi Valley – the people who are giving the most love to support great local businesses!!
Feel the Love over the next 14 days starting 1st February!
It’s a fun campaign, with a serious message, and it’s designed to make the business owners here in Cardigan and the Teifi Valley feel better about themselves, because they feel the love of their customers – something us Brits are normally a little reticent about.
There is also a huge plus for the businesses that receive some love – they’ll have dozens and dozens of great testimonials from their customers and the publicity and kudos from getting a position in our Top 20 ‘Most Loved’ listings will last long after the campaign has ended.
So please do take a moment and give some love to your favourite business and tell us why they are so loved.
