A St Giles Hospice fundraiser is heading to Wembley Stadium next month, ready to cycle 130 miles to Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium in one day.
Shaun Johnson, Managing Director of Lichfield Kitchens and Bedrooms Ltd, is taking part in Macmillan’s The Longest Day Golf Challenge, an epic 72-hole round which will last from sunrise to sunset, at Beau Desert Golf Club alongside Jonathan Florence and Andy Jones.
A Leicester City contract from 1964-1966 and two contracts from 1970 and 1971 which the legendary goalkeeper subsequently signed with Stoke City will feature in Richard Winterton Auctioneers’ Fine & Decorative Arts Sale at The Lichfield Auction Centre, Wood End Lane, Fradley Park, on June 19th.

The golfers and guests donated double the sum that was raised at last year’s golf day.
