In 2014, when the last Sports Relief took place, £51,242,186 was raised! Now it's back two years later and hopefully we'll be able to raise just as much, if not more!

So how can you help support the cause?

There are plenty of ways to get involved and help raise money.

Whether you enjoy walking, running, swimming or cycling, you won’t want to miss out on your chance to be a part of the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games.

Lichfield's very own Rugby Club is set to host its first ever Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile on Sunday 20th March, and needs local people to come together. Read all about it here.

Perhaps you prefer the water? In which case, why not take part in the Swimathon Challenge? You can go solo or do the challenge as a team.

Fancy yourself a cyclist? Then the Wattathon Challenge is for you. The challenge sees people pedalling away on the leisure centre's wattbikes for either half an hour or for an hour. Think you're up to the task?

If sports isn't your thing, why not have a bake sale? It's a fun way to raise money and people love cake, so they're sure to flock to your stall!

If you're hosting an event in aid of Sports Relief, you can add it as an event on our website and we'll shout about it for you!
