Walking is good for the soul, so this weekend why not make it doubly rewarding for both yourself and those suffering from Alzheimer’s, for which the Memory Walk project fundraises.

A series of walks taken throughout the country in September, the Memory Walk is coming to Milton Country Park with the movement starting at 9.00am, but well worth the early start!

The Memory Walks are the flagship fundraising events for the Alzheimer’s Society, highlighting the important work they do and bringing exposure to such a debilitating and despairing disease for all those affected by it.

Refreshments and entertainment will also be rolled out and entry to the walk is free, just remember to being your wallets to offer the support they so desperately and continually need to carry on their amazing work.

Visit Memory Walk for more details.
