Tai Chi is one of the ultimate marital arts, even translating as ‘the ultimate fist’ or simply ‘the ultimate’, steeped in history and practiced world wide, its health benefits and powers of defence make it a very popular past time indeed.

Whether you class it as sport, an art or a method of brain training (of which it can be all three), there is no doubting that it is ultimately good for you.

On Thursday 8th March at St Matthews Primary School, Grandmaster Brian Jones delivers his Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes at 20.00, finishing at 22.00.  An expert in his craft, Grandmaster Brian can take you through the technicalities and intricacies so you too can enjoy the benefits this ancient art can bring to you mind and body!

Check it out at TAI CHI for more information on the classes and requirements, and learn from the best!
