The postal strikes can really hurt business and there are two great, more or less instant way of reminding your customers where and who you are. You can also remind prospects too that you are thinking of them.
Simply:

We are all familiar with email though we get tens of if not hundreds every day and many of us scan them at best. SMS's though - how many do you get? One a week at the most? There are some simple rules to follow, etiquette and legal and I will post another blog on this soon.
