Women across Cambridge are being urged to join the Race for Life on Sunday 4th July.

Raising vital money for Cancer Research UK, more than 7,300 women across the region will be taking part in the 5 kilometre run at Parker’s Piece next month.

Entry for the race closes on Thursday 1st July, so local women are being encouraged to sign up whilst there’s still time.

Lucy Hynes, Race for Life event manager, commented: ““We don’t want anyone to miss out. There are limited places left for the Cambridge event so we are reminding women who want to take part at this venue that they must enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.”
