Back in 2010, a workshop with a difference was held in order to help educate us about the most important part of our lives, our health and in particular our joints and bones.

The Bones and Joints Workshop proved to be so successful that it is back again to refresh those who attended last year and advise the new attendees to the session!

We will all get old, but with age comes the inevitable slow down in mobility, flexibility and for most the ability to touch your toes without a wince or a groan. Our joints hold us together and keep us moving, our bones our very make up and so to be able to have key information, tips and advise on how best to keep us in tip top condition and to deal with what will come in growing old gracefully with this workshop could be invaluable.

Simon Hanna - Exercise Specialist for the Falls Prevention Team - will be hosting the Bones and Joints Workshop again; tea and coffee will be provided and places are filling up fast so click through the link to make sure you do not miss out on this great opportunity to find out more!
