Father's Day ideas for Cambridge

Looking for a last minute idea for Father’s Day in Cambridge?

Fortunately, you don’t need to let dad know you left it late to pick up the slack and get something arranged as thebestof Cambridge has plenty on offer for last second ideas, both traditional and something different, but equally welcome!

Of course the first port of call would be going out for a meal. Most dads will say that they are happy with a quick lunch somewhere, and why not. Café on the Round is a great, quirky café, situated on Round Church Street who also offer authentic Mexican cuisine.

Alternatively, The Fox in Burwell also offers a taste of South of the Border.

Or for top quality French, or traditional British pub grub, look no further than Great Wilbraham, and The Carpenters Arms which offers both in one of the finest pub restaurants in the area.

But once dad’s had his fill of food and drink, he’s not likely to be wanting to crack on with those little jobs around the house.

Help him out with redecorating the spare room, or getting those tiles finally put up in the bathroom with one of our local painters and decorators or arrange for a plumber to come and fix the leaky tap that mum has been pestering him to get fixed for the last six months.
