You know Spring has sprung and Summer is on its merry way when the good old daffodil is spreading its golden hue of love across our fields, hedgerows, gardens and vases!
Such a simple flourish brings so much joy, and never has one been so synonymous with the seasons - perhaps only second to the holly bush at Christmas.
So with this in mind and celebratory form, Thriplow Daffodil Weekend invites you to come marvel in all things daffodil in South Cambridge.
Taking place today and tomorrow throughout the village of Thriplow and without the annoyance of vehicles, one can wander through the golden carpet of flowers, visit locals open gardens and also learn from demonstrations, take a craft or two home and even make some likeminded friends amongst the marquees, refreshments and all round great atmosphere of the weekend!
