Finally picked up my new car today.. I’ve never been happier. It was everything I thought I didn’t want but with Paul’s help and experience, I am so happy with my purchase! Paul was super helpful from the second we arrived, and helped sort out all our own issues with the change of our private reg. The service, friendliness and level of expertise was outstanding. No pushy salesman just friendly staff genuinely wanting you to get the best match for what you want. Couldn’t recommend the garage enough!

After purchasing a 2014 Nissan Juke last year from The Car Co, I experienced a couple of unexpected & unforeseen faults with the transmission, one last year and one just recently. However the after sales service has been superb, with my personal thanks going to Graham Banks who supported me on both occasions, and help guide me through the warranty process to get a resolution and rectification.

Absolutely brilliant service from the whole team at The Car Co and especially Abdul who guided us from start to finish. Abdul really took the time out to listen to what I was looking for and didn't just try to sell the first car I saw. I have recently purchased a 4 door A3 from the Car Company and was extremely well pleased. I was dealt with by Gully who was professional, thorough and not in the slightest pressuring unlike other car sale organisations. He left me to view the car and then ask any questions in my own time. The paperwork and the transferring of my private registration in addition to my trade in was undertaking with speed and accuracy.
Other members of my family also purchased cars with him and all had the same kind of experience.

Addition: Had trouble with the car after 24 hours (completely unavoidable from myself and Car Co). It was very easy to get sorted, they supplied a courtesy car and fixed everything under warranty. Service team are easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the process.
