Absolutely brilliant service from the whole team at The Car Co and especially Abdul who guided us from start to finish. Abdul really took the time out to listen to what I was looking for and didn't just try to sell the first car I saw. He really understood what I wanted and made buying my perfect car a great experience. He didn't just stop there and provided great after sales service too with help and guidance where needed. I have recently purchased a 4 door A3 from the Car Company and was extremely well pleased. I was dealt with by Gully who was professional, thorough and not in the slightest pressuring unlike other car sale organisations. He left me to view the car and then ask any questions in my own time. The paperwork and the transferring of my private registration in addition to my trade in was undertaking with speed and accuracy.
Other members of my family also purchased cars with him and all had the same kind of experience.
I would recommend this organisation without reservation and have already recommended because of the quality of cars and the service provision.

Addition: Had trouble with the car after 24 hours (completely unavoidable from myself and Car Co). It was very easy to get sorted, they supplied a courtesy car and fixed everything under warranty. Service team are easy to contact and kept me updated throughout the process.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I drove over 4 hours to have a look at a vehicle that I had reserved after speaking with Paul and arranging finance with Sam as well as the rest of the team at the Car Co. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and approachable and Paul handled every query I had down to the T. I had a reasonable price for my Part Exchange which I'm happy with and I couldn't rate the Car Co any better. I would highly recommend the Car Co to anyone, even if your travelling from afar, clearly they know exactly what they're doing, they know how to treat customers well and give a great deal! Simon went out of his way to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. After sales care also spot on. After noting a couple of stone chips at low level on both passenger doors after giving the car it’s first wash, both Simon and Tony at the service/repairs site based up the road from the main site dealt with them straight away with no hassle and provided me with a courtesy car whilst mine was in to be sorted. Highly recommended.
