I recently purchased a white 2022 Tesla Model 3 from The Car Co in Bury, and I honestly can’t fault the experience.
From the initial enquiry through to collecting the car, everything was handled really well. The sales process was straightforward, the documentation was all in order, and I was particularly impressed that everything was organised well enough for me to drive the car away the same day.
The car itself was presented really well — clean, tidy and exactly as described. It was clear that the team had made an effort to make sure the car was ready for collection, which made the whole experience even better.
A special mention has to go to Hassan Shah, who was my sales representative. Hassan was genuinely excellent throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional and approachable, but more importantly, he actually went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was always happy to answer my questions, kept me informed and made the whole process feel easy rather than stressful.
Buying a car can sometimes be a bit of a headache, especially when you're dealing with finance, paperwork, vehicle preparation and all the other bits that come with it, but Hassan and The Car Co made the whole process feel very straightforward.
Even after the sale, I’ve been really pleased with the car and the service I received. The Tesla has been great so far and I’m genuinely happy with the purchase.

SO, I had been looking for a specific Mercedes for some time and found one online at the Carco. Spoke with Hassan on the Friday and arranged to visit the showroom the following morning. I was met by Hassan who showed me around the car, test drive etc. The car was exactly what I wanted. I had a certain budget to work within and Hassan made the deal happen and within my budget. The dealership as a whole is outstanding. I spoke with numerous employees there and all of them were brilliant.
