SO, I had been looking for a specific Mercedes for some time and found one online at the Carco. Spoke with Hassan on the Friday and arranged to visit the showroom the following morning. I was met by Hassan who showed me around the car, test drive etc. The car was exactly what I wanted. I had a certain budget to work within and Hassan made the deal happen and within my budget. The dealership as a whole is outstanding. I spoke with numerous employees there and all of them were brilliant. Wow, what a company! I went to buy a car and received it within an hour. I was able to drive away with my car the same day!

I purchased a Polestar 2 from the Carco following a test drive. I was looked after by Zubair who was very helpful, friendly and professional. I didn't feel pressured at all to make up my mind in a hurry. The administration was slick and easy.
I was looking particularly for a Polestar but I was impressed by the great looking range of premium cars in their forecourt.
The car was fully charged for my collection.
A problem with a piece of external trim occurred a week after purchase. Unfortunately, this wasn't covered by the standard warranty and I had to resolve it myself. However, to be fair, Zubair telephoned afterwards to make sure that everything had been sorted.

This was a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. The 2 guys I came into contact with with were Hassan and Abdul. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was handled in a speedy and professional manner. From the initial contact with Hasssan through to the car handover everything was made ridiculously easy and clear.
