I wish every car sales representative could be like Ash. Words can't express how great Ash customer service support was. Just to say it the way I feel Ash has been the best car customer service advisor that I have every deal with. Right from the 1st time I contacted the company online to the purchase of my car Ash made the whole process seamless. To be honest I would recommend this company. All in all I would rate there service especially Ash and his entire team 99%. When next I will be buying a car I will certainly come back to your company. You guy are simply the best. I recently purchased a BMW 5 Series from this garage and my experience was very positive. Dealing with Shaz was really easy and he was great throughout the sale. It was very easy to purchase the car and delivery was easy and on time. However there were lots of little errors with the car- starting with broken light and wheel arch not pinned in. These were rectified quickly and apologies received. Then we had no ssid code and the car wouldn’t charge (it’s a hybrid) so we had to go to a Mitsubishi garage and get this fixed so was without the car for a day again. The car did not come with a charging cable and the independent garage advised that used cars normally do. We also found a butter knife under one of the passenger seats. It has been frustrating with all the bits that have cropped up as we would have expected them to have been picked up either in valet or in check esp as the car was £20k and we were told it was such high quality that the price could not be wiggled on. Without the rainham Mitsubishi garage we would have a fancy hybrid that didn’t do it’s hybrid function.

After driving 2 hours in the rain we arrived at Car Co, to see the Mersedes GLC 250d AMG. and on arrival the car was parked ready for us to to view and looked stunning.
Have previously spoken the Muj who sent us a walk round video of the the car detailing everything, but unfortunately was off he asked Abdul to look after us which he did in a very friendly, down to earth and professional way.
I would definitely recommend the Car Co if you are looking for the perfect car, a very professional and friendly team, with some fantastic car for sale.
Big thank to Abdul for taking the time to deal us on the day and Muj for setting it up and his excellent communication throughout the process.

If I could mark 6 stars I definitely will. I was dealing with Shazad, very friendly and professional approach. Test drive with the car was not in rush. I could ask as many questions as I like and this guy just answer every one of them with no problem. I was seriously amazed with the approach and service. In the end I took the new car.
