This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I drove over 4 hours to have a look at a vehicle that I had reserved after speaking with Paul and arranging finance with Sam as well as the rest of the team at the Car Co. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and approachable and Paul handled every query I had down to the T. I had a reasonable price for my Part Exchange which I'm happy with and I couldn't rate the Car Co any better. I would highly recommend the Car Co to anyone, even if your travelling from afar, clearly they know exactly what they're doing, they know how to treat customers well and give a great deal! I purchased my Audi A6 avant ultra black edition back in March now via Simon who was always on hand to assist with my queries both before and after collection. Simon went out of his way to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. After sales care also spot on. After noting a couple of stone chips at low level on both passenger doors after giving the car it’s first wash, both Simon and Tony at the service/repairs site based up the road from the main site dealt with them straight away with no hassle and provided me with a courtesy car whilst mine was in to be sorted. Highly recommended.

Bought an Audi TT from the car company co, Muj introduced me to the car, he was very welcoming right from the start and answered all questions, we aren’t local so we had to do a lot of dealings over the phone and he was always there. Overall good experience.

I'm sure Muj will appreciate me saying, I haven't been paid to post this. However, he did give me a good deal on a new car and very reasonable price for my part exchange. Highly recommend using the Car Co, and would certainly recommend asking for Muj, who was honest, helpful and professional.

Muj sold me and my partner a hybrid. He was very transparent, clear and charming throughout! The dealership was a little intimidating at first as it was large and busy, but Muj made us feel instantly welcome and talked us through the entire process! We built a great rapport and it was easy for us to appreciate Muj's professionalism and humour. Each request handled efficiently. Communication 10/10

Kas (Kasim) Abass has been a pleasure to deal with from the Bury branch.
I never usually leave reviews on things, and I didn’t actually end up buying a car from Kas (not because of anything to do with Kas or the car, but because my own situation changed) - but I felt compelled to share a positive review for Kas because of the way that he handled the communication between us.
I live 200 miles from the branch, so couldn’t see the car in person but Kas sent over 5 or 6 detailed videos of the car and sent over all of the service history. His communication over the phone and WhatsApp was superb and he answered every question that I had.
Highly recommend Kas, and if you are looking for a BMW X5 - they have a beautiful one at the Bury branch - check it out and ask for Kas.
Although I didn’t buy from Kas this time, it’s likely that I will in the future.

We could not recommend The Car Co enough!!! We recently got our dream car (Mercedes GLA) through The Car Co and had the best experience ever. We called The Car Co when we saw the car advertised but we were open to other models as well. The sales executive, Longin, spent the time recommending various cars over the phone and had them ready for us to look at when we arrived for our appointment. He took us on a long test drive and walked us through every detail of the car. When we decided we wanted the GLA, Longin helped us get the best rate for a hire purchase agreement and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He has since stayed in touch to ensure we are happy with the car. He was an absolute star to work with from start to finish.
They say cars sell themselves but this time Longin sold us the car! We will absolutely be coming back here when we want new cars, and will be recommending this place to all our family and friends!

Bought a car online for the first time and the process was simple. Longin was brilliant and explained every step, did a full walk around tour of the car and even pointed out the minor defects that were all fixed before delivery. The delivery cost was also very reasonable considering I live a few hours away from Bury. There was plenty of time to test the car and confirm it was the right one for me, with communication from Longin throughout. Very happy with the car and would buy online from Car co again.
