The car buying experience was taken to a relaxed level we haven't had before thanks to Muj and Abdul. No push, no sales patter, questions answered with knowledge about the subject. Once again the Car Co have come through for me.
My vehicle had developed an engine warning light on the dash.
I phoned Graham in the service department and he recommended that I take the car to local specialist for diagnostics.
I purchased a warranty when I bought the car from them and between Graham and the service centre I took the car and the issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered and will be fitted tomorrow.
The best bit is that all I’ve had to pay was the cost of the diagnostics and the parts and labour have all been paid from the warranty company.
Basically all I’ve had to do was take my car to the repair centre and Graham has done the rest.
I’m delighted
