TREATT PLC HALF YEAR RESULTS SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2016
Adjusted EPS up 12% and adjusted profit before tax up 15% as the Group remains on track to meet expectations
Treatt Plc, the manufacturer and supplier of innovative ingredient solutions for the flavour, fragrance and FMCG industries, announces today its half year results for the six months ended 31 March 2016.
HIGHLIGHTS of our half year: ï· Revenues for the six months lower by 1% to £40.9 million (H1 2015: £41.4 million) ï· Operating profit increased by 12% to £3.7m (H1 2015: £3.3m) ï· Adjusted profit before tax* rose by 15% to £3.4m (H1 2015: £2.9m) ï· Adjusted EBITDA* up 11% to £4.5m (H1 2015: £4.0m) ï· Adjusted basic earnings per share* increased by 12% to 4.72p (H1 2015: 4.21p) ï· Interim dividend per share raised by 5% to 1.35p (2015 interim dividend: 1.28p)
