Julie has been lovely and amazing, very helpful when the machine for the hot drinks was not working fixed this immediately despite Julie’s shift being finished. She stayed behind to assist me and my colleague. Amazing service :) x

I used the conference rooms with work. Julie was our concierge for the day she was excellent and very attentive. Facilities were excellent and topped up regularly. Would definitely recommend

James dealt with a party of us last night. We are from Warburtons. It was our mistake that we booked wrong date for table for dinner. James kindly set us up a table in the breakfast room, as no tables in the bar. Pleasant service and thank you to James!

Lovely hotel perfect location breakfast was plentiful and tasty .rooms are nice although a bit dated but there's coffe making facilities an iron etc and you can ysr the health club while your there overall exelent stay

Hotel would benefit from refurbishment. The bedrooms need to be updated but they are comfortable and very clean. Signage to hotel off the main road poor; drove past entrance on two occasions. Staff friendly, helpful and thoughtful making the stay very pleasant. Great location for motorway access, places to eat nearby and exploring the north west.

The key card would not open the door from the outside, staff member came up from reception and also had difficulty opening it. We returned to the room later and same thing happened again, another staff member came up to try it. I was more scared of being locked in and unable to get out. We asked for another room but there was only a twin room left. A clean and pleasant hotel but sadly this experience ruined our stay as it was stressful

We didn't stay,just used the pool as it's close to wigan .nice hotel ,reminds me of the hotels back in iran which is really a complement. Lots of free parking on site. Friendly staff. Small pool but good enough for not having a must subscription . Entrance is a bit confusing but manageable . Atmosphere was amazing ,felt like a premium kindaa hotel,the location is close to M61 which can lead you to M60 and Manchester .very close to wigan .

Stayed as a family of 4 plus a dog on arrival room was lovely and clean and the travel cot ready for use. Family room was large and spacious
