I came to the mercure for a business meeting with my financial director operations manager me as CEO and my CFO with some of our deport managers and the service we received from Irene was absolutely out of this world proffesional quality in a lady constantly kept us refreshed with tea coffee and water in fact in the near future I'm holding all my business meetings there purely because of Irene at mecure Georgian house Bolton

It was a lovely experience, there for business and was looked after well. Irene was very welcoming and pleasant, made sure I had everything I need

I have stayed at the Georgian House on several occasions and everybody is both welcoming and helpful. For example, Irene took good care of me when I needed to work in the bar area due to an afternoon meeting. In terms of service I would provide a rating of 5, excellent. The bedrooms are dated, however clean with everything you need for an overnight and I would rate these as 4.

The rooms are kept clean and fresh linen is provided daily. Been staying for a few months on and off for business and it’s a great hotel. Good value and within walking distance of the middlebrook.

Very dated hotel and all equipment in the gym has seen better days much like the hotel. It serves a purpose I suppose
