Room was 'tired' but very clean, bed comfy. Everyone I spoke to on the staff team was warm and friendly. I can't remember all of their names.
I'm gluten intolerant and the bar staff who helped me with my food in the evening were great, Katie who served at breakfast was great and a special mention to Michelle who made me the mostperfect poached eggs at breakfast!

Not the 1st time we've stayed here and most certainly won't be the last holds special memories for us with it being the venue where we got married.
The hotel is lovely inside very warm cosy feel always feel very content when here. The bar area is a beautiful chilled environment where you can enjoy afternoon tea or a nice refreshing drink with a big screen to catch up on the sport. The hotel even tho it is big is extremely quiet that's with a kids football team staying too. Always warm,beds are huge and so comfy. Tea coffee in the room even a bath which is always a bonus when staying at a hotel. All the staff are accommodating nothing is too much for them always a warm welcome. Breakfast is spot on plenty to chose from and always fresh. There are lovely walks local too and great access to bolton retail park aswell as motorway access for Trafford center or manchester.
Perfect location without the hefty price tag. Can't recommend enough.

We stayed on an organised tour and it was somewhere to sleep! Staff were lovely. 5 stars for Joe and James at the bar. They were super helpful and friendly.
They were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast with so many people and food wasn’t being restocked very quickly nor were tables being cleared fast but again, staff were lovely.
Rooms were fine, very clean but extremely tired.
It was ideal for our purpose.

We loved all the facilities and clean Hotel. The Staff were very good specially Ramzan the Guest Care Manager looked after us and gave an Excellent Service, he was friendly and helpful throughout. He did a great job ensure everyone was looked after. Will definitely come here again.

Really nice hotel. Good customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good range, and rooms were clean and tidy. My only gripe was some paint peeling off ceilings and towels not being checked for make up stains. They're a nightmare to get off but should have been checked IMO. Overall, a nice stay.

Stayed for 1 night, whilst wary as its an older building, the decor was as expected but the room was clean, comfy and a good size.
A slight blip with food as the gas had gone off, but the staff (Ryan & Joe) were very accommodating and communicated throughout with myself regarding options and time. Even got a complimentary drink for the delay. An excellent service

Only thing that lets it down is the dated nature of the rooms. Decent bar with good options for food, and Bruna on the front desk was super welcoming, chatty and helpful. Much more friendly than the usual hotel check in.

I stopped by the hotel as I had an issue with my car. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Irene and Sheila! I also had the food there which was very nice. Overall a very nice experience.
