I stayed at the hotel travelling on business. Really comfortable rooms and good quality food. James who works at the sports bar is a really entertaining character, chatty, attentive and nothing too much trouble. Great knowledge of cars too!

Lovely conference room to hire and very friendly staff. Buffet booked afterwards the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and excellent customer service - thank you Julie and Ram for looking after us. :)

Myself and my husband called into the hotel for a drink. When we got to the bar the gentleman behind the bar called Adam greeted us, asked how we where and what could he get us, I asked for a Bacardi and coke but he advised that we didn't serve this spirit but had Malibu instead so I chose this, he asked what measure I would like and mixer. My husband couldn't decide between the lagers so he asked Adam which would he suggest and he said the Mahou and he offered to give a small sample to try and he liked it and asked for a pint of it. Adam asked if he could get us anything else. I am giving this review as Adam was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and attentive hence why I am leaving this review.

Staff in the hotel are second to none with a special shout out to Adam on the bar. I read in other reviews that customer service was great, and it’s true.
Decor in rooms is a bit tired but everything is spotless.
Food at bar was mostly great- fantastic Aberdeen Angus Burger, delicious spicy veg soup and fresh egg mayo sandwiches (on the best gluten free bread I’ve tasted in a while).

When I come into the hotel, it's very clean, calm atmosphere. When I ask for a pint of mahou, it must of been near the end but Ramzan, said instead of giving you a different beer I will go down and change the keg. He was really calm about what had happened. He was always smiling and it didn't phase him. He gave great service hence the review
