Had the pleasure of meeting Irene in the hotel bar who served our food and drinks .
She was one the most friendliest bar staff we have met in a long time.
Nothing was too much trouble and she had a genuine natural caring nature , she really makes a difference ❤️also the lady who checked us in and who kept checking on us through the evening of the country night not 💯 sure of her name something like Brisa a pretty blonde lady with exceptional professional manners

We loved spending our time at the Mercury. The staff was really helpful and friendly, in particular Asha, Adam and Ram which work at the bar. It's definitely a place where we will come back for our future visits to Manchester.

1st time staying at this hotel and definitely won't be the last! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming especially Katie and Ram. Really enjoyed my stay and the views from our room were phenomenal to look at as the sun sets over Rivington Pike. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable!

Stayed here recently with my sister, had a fabulous stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by Sheila a very lovely lady and very helpful. Bar area was very inviting a great place to relax and ram and Katie were also very polite and welcoming. Food was fantastic I believe the Chefs that day were Maitland and Keaton so many thanks to them! Beds are so comfortable here one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning
