The conference facilities are adequate light airy rooms with plenty of space. The staff are all welcoming especially Julie that looks after all the needs and ensures swift resolution of any hiccups in the day.

Julie has been lovely and amazing, very helpful when the machine for the hot drinks was not working fixed this immediately despite Julie’s shift being finished. She stayed behind to assist me and my colleague. Amazing service :) x

James dealt with a party of us last night. We are from Warburtons. It was our mistake that we booked wrong date for table for dinner. James kindly set us up a table in the breakfast room, as no tables in the bar. Pleasant service and thank you to James!
