Great place to stay and very friendly staff. Irene is exceptional she is always willing to help whatever I ask. I spend most of my time there for business meetings and she is always on hand with a smiling face for anything I need.

Excellent service from all of the team especially Julie, Katie and Ramzan. Would also like to mention the chefs Kenny and Maitland who both made us lovely meals throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We are having such a lovely stay at this hotel - we are visiting for a weekend fitness exhibition and the hotel is a very convenient location for the event.

Beware of the slow bar staff. Little cohesion on the bar area, no one attending it, multiple roles being managed by one person, standing talking to tables rather than being at the bar serving.
