I had a one night stay at Mercure Bolton Georgian House hotel and had a faultless stay.
Parking is ample and checkin was friendly and slick.
The rooms are slightly dated, but are well maintained and clean. My room was a nice size and had all the extras you need, ironing board etc. Wi-Fi is free and was stable, with a decent speed.
I ate in the restaurant and again, the service was great and the food was good.

A beautiful tranquil hotel if you want to escape from the rat race……no 9-5 here, it’s 24/7 all the way! Been here now 6 weeks and it just gets better and better, I’m so refreshed and energised the staff are so attentive especially Abi, Ramzan, Alisha, Benn and Irene and Katie and Jermaine they cater for all your needs….nothing is too much trouble…day or night…..The Chefs really know how to tickle your tastebuds everything cooked from scratch in house…….i feel 10 years younger…………..Its pet friendly my two little cats love it! 🥰

Everything is a bit outdated, no plugs near the bed. On the other hand, super friendly staff and some huge fitness rooms (biggest I've seen in a hotel yet) with all kinds of gear. Quiet.
