My Mum & I booked in for afternoon tea and it was absolutely lovely. Fresh sandwiches, scones, lots of cakes and unlimited tea and coffee.. what’s not to love? We were greeted by the wonderful Irene, who couldn’t have been more welcoming, warm and friendly. Thank you so much for making our experience so special.

Super service from Ram. Very friendly guy at the bar. Went above and beyond to help with an eye allergy I had picked up from an earlier contact with a dog!

This Hotel is absolutely wonderful if you need a place to meet a client or hold a business meeting Great conference rooms for training days,
I was looked after by Irene who is amazing she really went above and beyond.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any business.

We us er the conference facilities for our awards, the room was beautiful, the staff (Carol) was amazing, looked after us really well and the cakes were amazing

Guide dogs event with Julie being our event guide and organiser for the day. Julie was quick and efficient with catering for our needs. Tye air conditioned room was lovely on a hot day and all of our Guide Dogs settled well.

Guide Dogs had a volunteer event in the central conference room, we were very well looked after by Julie. The room was well air conditioned on one of the hottest days of the year. We had refreshments and cakes which were delicious. The dogs were provided with bowls of water, we all had a great day.
