Hotel is in a great location. Just few minutes from the main town centre. Hotel Manager Ramzan went above and beyond to help me out with certain queries during my stay. The food in restaurant it was good and recommend by Ramzan.

Great customer service. Staff are amazing. Great view. The Hotel is in quite place. But very relaxing. Hotel Manager was approachable From the moment I contacted him, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to explain everything clearly. Thanks to Ramzan for making our visit more pleasant.

I was having a hard day at work and decided to have a drink here, when Abi decided to cheer me up with a drink and a nice chat which she was very polite and respectful which made my day 🥰

After a long day of grafting, I went to the bar, Abi, the server, was very well mannered and polite, she made my drink with care and we had a nice chat, will definitely be coming here again.

Young lad called Ramzan welcomed me as soon as i entered the Hotel, gave me all the info i needed regarding dining times and room service etc Asha on the bar was amazing also with drink recommendations whilst being very friendly and smiley.

We had a fantastic meeting at the hotel today, room was great and lovely lunch. Julie & Katie from the banqueting team were absolute superstars, made sure everything ran smooth and it’s great to have staff who you can have a good laugh with too - they’re a credit to the hotel!

Easy to get to from the motorway, and free parking which was a bonus.
The meeting room was perfect, and lunch was really lovely.
We were very well looked after by the team. Julie was amazing, as was Katie.

My room was great, it over looked the rear carpark which lead to a picturesque landscape which I appreciated.

I recently visited the Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel for a meeting and had such a positive experience. A special shoutout to Julie and Katie, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Julie was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was set up just right, and Katie was super attentive throughout, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.
They were both friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—nothing was too much trouble. Their support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to both of them!

Had a fabulous, welcoming check in from Sheila when I arrived. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Team kindly arranged a late dinner for me and the food was great.
Greeted by the charming Claire & Julie for checkout, and Julie made sure I knew where breakfast was served.
