Julie is a lady who goes out of your way to make you feel at home. Nothing is to much and meeting her grandson was a pleasure to meet. Would certainly recommend staying at the Mercury again.

Fantastic experience at this hotel! All staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Julie really looked after us as did Maitland the chef who arranged a special meal for us to accommodate our diet. Will definitely return when we are next in the area even if it’s just to say hello!

Love this hotel you will not find better in the area from the rooms to the staff to the food, everything was spot on! Had a delicious meal in the bar made by Kenny, would highly recommend the chicken burger and also the the loaded fries! Would also like to mention Claire and Alexis on reception excellent service!! Such a friendly and welcoming team throughout the whole hotel will definitely be returning!
