Fantastic experience at this hotel! All staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Julie really looked after us as did Maitland the chef who arranged a special meal for us to accommodate our diet. Will definitely return when we are next in the area even if it’s just to say hello!

Love this hotel you will not find better in the area from the rooms to the staff to the food, everything was spot on! Had a delicious meal in the bar made by Kenny, would highly recommend the chicken burger and also the the loaded fries! Would also like to mention Claire and Alexis on reception excellent service!! Such a friendly and welcoming team throughout the whole hotel will definitely be returning!

Unfortunately my visit was for business and was cut short due to another call coming up in the south of England. As it was I got to stay for one night which was superb. The room was warm and cosy, extremely clean and with a fantastic bathroom. Again due to the change in plan I am unable to comment on the breakfast but I am certain it would have lived up to anyone's expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will be staying there should I be working in the area again.

Easy check-in at the hotel reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We requested early check-in due to a wedding and the lady at reception kept everything ready before our arrival which was outstanding. Many thanks to her. I was hurt after the wedding as I fell on the road and the staff helped with first aid.
The breakfast was okayish and can be improved. I had asked for a gluten-free bread and it was not available.
