We had a voucher for a cream tea for two and selected the Mercure at Bolton. The staff were very friendly and the service from our waitress, Irene, was excellent.checking in on us but not in a bothersome way. A great balance between being available if we needed something whilst leaving us to it for our catchup.

Amazing stay at the Mercure Hotel for our darts tournament over the stadium, all the staff was helpful and lovely, especially Irene who went above and beyond with her customer service

The hotel was a little warm in the hot weather especially the rooms no air con, but the staff were amazing, big shout out to Irene couldn’t do enough for us, we had a big group from work staying for 2 weeks, Thank you, Irene is a legend . ❤️
