Chicken salad was exceptional.

We visit about 10 times a year & never disappointed.
Irene in the bar area is obviously a great asset.
But the reception are also most attentive & appreciated.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful stay at Mercure Bolton, from the moment we arrived until we left this hotel team looked after our needs, the rooms we had were clean comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and filling. Katie from the function team went above and beyond to help us while we were here, thank you so much ❤️
