Sheila on reception was very lovely! Rochelle the manager was a host, felt vey welcome. Ramzan the guest care manager vet friendly and approachable. Asha at bar, very beautiful and served food and made sure we well well taken care while we were dined in. It was a pleasant stay, will surely come again.

Greeted by Bruna Ramzan with a smile on reception, with plenty information about the hotel, gym and restaurant, breakfast time etc, what the hotel has to offer.
was also nice to meet the night manager that night checking in, whom gave me some information on history of the hotel, and made me very welcome as well. Been here five weeks so far and all staff in all departments are very helpful and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel travelling on business. Really comfortable rooms and good quality food. James who works at the sports bar is a really entertaining character, chatty, attentive and nothing too much trouble. Great knowledge of cars too!

Lovely conference room to hire and very friendly staff. Buffet booked afterwards the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and excellent customer service - thank you Julie and Ram for looking after us. :)
