Fully enjoyed my 1 night stay. Relaxing was just what needed. Rooms were ok, the bathroom was abit dirty so I didn’t shower as there was hair in the bath and drain which put me off washing. Beds ok but abit to soft for me I was to worried if turning over I fell onto the floor.

Good location but the property is very tired needs a big revamp the restaurant and bar is like something from the 80’s the room was ok but very noisy could hear every movement in adjoining rooms and outside

My self and new Husband married here at the Harmony suite on Saturday 25th September, we have literally just got home and wanted to write a review straight away!!
Wow where do we start, our wedding was booked quite a few years in advance, and then of course because of the pandemic we was postponed for another year.. we wanted to cancel a few times because it was going on for sooo long… Liz (who I must add is absolutely AMAZING) reassured me a number of times and I am so glad that she did!! We had the most perfect day finally!!
Stuart who ran our day for us, we personally asked for him as we loved his infectious personality and he is so friendly, we feel like we have known him years… well actually I suppose we have!!
We can not thank Stuart enough for everything he did for us on the day. We wouldn’t have had the day we did if it wasn’t for him. Everyone was very complimentary of him, he really was amazing!!!
Stuart was extremely professional and met our needs and also everyone else’s.
Everything ran like clockwork
The food was fantastic, everyone was happy and full, we had nut free and egg free guests and this was catered for with no hiccups.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the past couple of months. It’s the perfect place for a break away.
We stayed in an executive double. It was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a few days away.
The spa is lovely. It’s clean and well maintained. We especially love enjoying the facilities whilst listening to the music playing out of the speakers. We also love that it’s open until ten on weeknights. It would be even better if it was open later on a weekend, instead of 8pm.
The last time we stayed, we were disappointed in the food, so we chose to have all our meals out during this stay. We might give the restaurants another chance the next time we visit.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping, nothings too much trouble.
We saw the hotel manager, Gerry wondering around the grounds, he seems friendly and approachable. He was happy to help me whilst I was waiting at the spa reception for some towels. Makes all the difference when you know the manager actually cares about the hotel.
Overall, a fab place! We will be back again next month, can’t wait!! Thanks Last Drop.

Slight mix up with rooms with no explanation in advance,but overall the whole experience was excellent. Me and my wife will definitely return. The afternoon tea was beautiful and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.

Liz and the rest of the wedding team were absolutely amazing to make sure our wedding reception went ahead without any issues.

All staff were excellent and so helpful. Cheerful and chatty. Food amazing! Our room was lovely and really clean but the corridors and stairways were really grubby and in need of TLC.
The spa was also really grubby with mold on the ceilings and tiles and litter in the sauna. We felt the spa let it down as it felt a bit like it needed TLC. We specifically travelled 3.5 hours as we wanted spa facilities so this was a shame. Also, it is advertised that the spa and pool has views of 'rolling countryside' sadly you can't see the rolling countryside anymore because it is a building site! Wouldn't mind if we had been told in advance.

Just back from a family wedding at the Last Drop. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their contribution in making it a successful and memorable occasion. The wedding group included several with a visual impairment presenting many unique problems, each one was anticipated and managed expertly by the hard working hotel management. In particular, the dedication of Liz and Franco. Liz was like a Fairy Godmother to us in ensuring that all was well. She went out of her way on numerous occasions to accommodate our many needs, we miss her.

The spa and gym were amazing we went twice in one day . Love all the different spa choices . Pool was a great size . Continental breakfast was lovely , cooked breakfast was good on day 1 not as nice on day 2
Bed was really hard , people slamming doors at 2am ,. Could here other guests talking , heating was on full blast when we arrived it wasn't needed so room was boiling hot . Didn't sleep well at all

Just returned home from a lovely stay at the last drop. Everything was just spot on. Staff friendly and welcoming, spa facilities very good, meal at night beautiful & the breakfast was also very good. The hotel was clean and it felt great to finally be able to stay over. Can’t fault it at all - we will be going back

After having a lovely relaxing day, we retired to our twin room. Music played until I went down at 3:15 believing it was a private party, only to find it was the foyer music. Totally exhausted but finally got to sleep, only to be woken at 7am with the music back on. Spoke with manager and was offered a late check out. We just wanted to go home.

The new build estate that you look into from the spa totally ruins the experience. This used to be fields and I was disappointed to see the venue in the middle of a housing estate now.
We stayed for a wedding and our room was a little dated, although friends rooms were nicer.
The food served at the wedding was superb and everyone commented how amazing it all was.

I stayed at the last drop village for a wedding at the start of September, the staff were lovely especially Abbi, she went up and beyond to help us with everything and is a true asset to the business. The venue was beautiful and couldn’t have had a better time! Thank you.

We recently attended a family wedding in the hotel and were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. No issue was too small and their attention to detail was exemplary. We would particularly mention the wedding coordinator Liz, the restaurant manager Franco and the general manager Gerry. They made everyone very welcome and added to the occasion.

Brilliant customer service, lovely hotel,fantastic grounds, only moan I have is, I had poached eggs for breakfast, unless you love vinegar avoid them, my eggs were cooked in so much vinegar I couldn't eat them.
