Excellent all round. I’ve been staying here weekly for a few years now and it keeps getting better. The food and drink and facilities are great but what really makes this hotel is the staff and service. Special mentions to Lauren and Leanne on reservations and Regan and the team on front desk. Keep up the great work guys. I’ll be back next week!

A repeat stay at the Last Drop Village who have always been excellent with us, the staff are great, the rooms are very nice and the surroundings/atmosphere never let down
One very small think we didnt like was that you now have to book in the Spa - this makes you have to plan when you visit the spa and you dont always want to do that - hopefully they will drop this soon

We stayed here for the spa overnight experience. The hotel is lovely in some places needed a bit of TLC but still a lovely place to stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. service was fantastic! We didn't have enough robes and slippers in the room so we called reception and there was a knock on the door within 5 minutes with the delivery of the robes.
The spa is amazing, plenty of steam rooms and saunas to choose from. The pools are amazing the only downside about the infinity pool is the view of the houses opposite but it didn't spoil the pool once we was in there.
The food is amazing! We had dinner in the courtroom restaurant the service was great, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was 10 out of 10.
The breakfast buffet in the morning was fabulous, a choice of everything and was really fresh.
Will definitely visit again. Very good value for the spa and hotel experience.

Couldn't fault our stay. Room clean and had everything we needed. 3 of us stayed in 1 room, plenty of room and ample towels supplied. The spa was amazing, the restaurant food and service amazing, staff amazing, it was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in the UK! I will definitely be returning thanks last drop for a truly wonderful, relaxing break. See you soon 😊

Myself and my partner have just come back from a lovely night away. We have been celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond. We signed up for the members rate which included £10 voucher agains for food, drink or a treatment, 2 glasses of wine and use of the facilities. We had a room upgrade and late check out complementary

Our room was clean, the shower was great, comfortable beds, the room was mostly quiet. The free Wi-Fi was great. Our evening meal was beautiful. The morning breakfast was ok but on the food was cold sadly. We enjoyed our treatments very much and the thermal pool and saunas afterwards were great!

The hotel was nice, the enterance looked very pretty at night all lit up.... Hotel room was clean but old dated and not very modern. The location was great and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely but alittle over priced at $19.99 per person. Can't comment on the spa or swimming facilities as we didnt use them, but from what we saw, looked lovely.

We are up in Bolton visiting relatives and jus enjoyed an excellent meal in the Drop Inn and have to say that Aidans service and attention to detail was first class, I thoroughly recommend you pay a visit

ok for 1 night but no more staff are pleasant enough and the online check is good
room is small and dated bed was very Un comfy. Spa was ok but a little tired in places and overlooking the carpark from the hydro pool is not ideal. Generally hotel could do with a spruce up bot not a terrible stay.
The room was stuffy and window only opened slightly no air conditioning which I appreciate is impossible to install in some rooms but the room we stayed in was hot I wouldnt want to stay in it in summer.

Had afternoon tea here with my daughter , service was good food was ok not 100%. Wasn't alot of choice and I think there should be a menu to say what was on the finger sandwiches.

Setting of the hotel is beautiful
Room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be which was disappointing and we had a drunk person sat outside our room door for hours talking which kept us and our little girl awake.
