Found this place last minute manged to get a room full spar treatment and use of all other spare facilities which are amazing. The hole facilities are clean and all staff members extremely nice and friendly most of all helpful couldn't ask for more. Due to that reason we book an extra night .Now the massage was once again amazing extremely clean and my therapist listened to my needs and was attentive. The food again presentation was on point and tested like it looked. I'll recommend both restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything u needed and if you need more they have 24hr room service and bar too. In short me and the wife enjoyed our stay and thank all the staff, we will be making this somewhere we go regularly. Price compared to others online is cheaper but that's not a reflection on there quality. Would make an amazing wedding venue which they do .

If your looking for a great value spa get away then look no further, lovely rooms the spa is incredible, we ate at the restaurant which was amazing and also visited the on site pub which was brillIant. All staff very friendly

I just want to say how fantastic my spa experience was at the last drop village. I came a little bit apprehensive but all that was taken away when I was introduced to my therapist - Leanne. She made me feel at ease straight away & took time to chat to me about what I was expecting from the treatment.
I had booked in for a deep tissue massage & I have to say that it was the best intense massage I have ever experienced. Leanne definitely knows her stuff & she is absolutely incredible at her massage & I was so impressed.
I will definitely be booking in with her again - she’s a real gem of a therapist!

We stayed in this hotel for one night in Orrell cottage and had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is very unique being a series of cottages, courtyards, as well as formal hotel rooms, quaint shops, a pub, a bar and a restaurant. We also had the opportunity to use the spa and pool which were fantastic. Five hot rooms including saunas, steam, aromatherapy and halotherapy as well as a hydrotherapy pool gave us ample opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.
All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The Hotel Director went out of his way to show us where the spa was and asked the following day if we were enjoying our stay. The spa, pools and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food at the bar and service were excellent as was breakfast. Can't recommend enough. We will definitely return.

Hotel was beautiful, staff helpful and friendly but the room was very outdated and dingey and smelled like an old library. Once the rooms are updated this would be the perfect place to stay but I'm afraid the room was a real let down.

Was a pleasant stay overall with lovely food, but we didn't find that the bed was comfy.
The food was really nice, although pricey and not really great value for money.
The room was nice overall although wasn't clean in parts. Some furnishings looked in need of some TLC, but overall the room was pleasant. The bed wasn't too comfy though and was quite firm, but that may just be our preference.

Location was lovely as stayed due to attending a wedding there. Unfortunately and in fairness to the hotel the telephone, email & Internet were down that day due to contractor fault on local building site nearby. Had struggled to contact them earlier in the day to enquire about early check-in, arrived, checked in and got to our room, to find another guests belongings in the room. Went back to reception to be given another room, which had also been allocated to another guest, albeit they had also gone to reception as they felt the room was given in error, as they were vacating we were trying to get in. Ended up having to rush to get ready for the wedding. As a learning point, some other firm of contact for guests to reach the hotel and to track room allocation, needs to be implemented.

The view from the outdoor pool is not as shown online, it used to be like this, however now in the middle of a housing estate. Dinner was reasonable, but not exceptional, would recommend The Retreat, Bromley Cross, it is a 5min walk away

Lovely location, staff are well trained and very polite , very quaint Little independent shops, the drop inn pub with pool table and serving food, hairdressers and gift shop, didn’t use the spa but it’s obligatory to pre book to use the pool & spa facilities

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and the facilities are great. The evening meal was top quality aswell. Only problem was the lack of sleep as they sound proofing is non existent. A couple next door was celebrating a weeding till the early hours of the morning and I felt like it was too 😂

My Daughter as just had her first child in March and it was her birthday .. so this was a birthday treat for her also for her to relax with her family we enjoyed the spa and swimming pools will stay again

Return visit always a good stay top spa facilities tasty food and a good bar selection .Slight downside on our stay was no WiFi , not the hotels fault though we were told contractor's cut through cables . Must Mention the chap walking the floor might be a manager always on hand along with reception staff to answer queries .

I stayed in room 15 of the Courtyard complex.
A beautiful clean room,very large comfortable bed,spacious shower/ bathroom with complimentary soap,shampoo etc.
Tea and coffee making facilities.
All the complex were very clean.
We had beautiful breakfast,every choice available,continental/ cooked etc.
Lovely choice of three course evening meals.
I must compliment the chef.
The young Waiters and waitresses were all very polite and helpful and their uniforms were immaculate.
This complex is very nice with perfect moorland walk after dinner.
A very pleasant holiday and shall definately recommend.

I go to the last drop quite a bit, normally just for a drink in the evenings but decided to stay for a few days as a break. The staff are great, and the spa / gym is excellent for a hotel. The rooms are nice but a little noisy (I was in the court yard). The location is great, there’s some nice views and country side to the rear of the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel same time last year for the same purpose the hotel cost doubled what we payed 2022 which has totally put us of rebooking for next year. 1 adult 2 kids It also had a zero refund rate so we couldn’t cancel on booking.com and look for alternative cheaper accommodation.
