Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed and nice spa
The spa was much better than I expected: a good sized pool, great variety of rooms with different temperatures and humidities and a lovely thermal outdoor pool. The food was excellent and they catered for a gluten free diet with no problems. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and the bar were all excellent.

My wife and I had a couples night out here at the village and spa. We arrived at the village and were immediately greeted with smiling faces and very helpful staff, They gave us a map of the grounds and booked in all of our activities for the day. Upon reaching our room we were met with a bottle of prosecco and a nice welcome message. After we changed into out Spa attire we headed up to the facilities and I must say this has to be one of the best spa facilities we have visited. We had a two hour massage package booked that was absolutely incredible and relaxing. After the massage we headed off to dinner. the meal was very beautiful and while eating we had a chat with the server Franco. Franco was very knowledgeable on wines and cuisine alike, Being that me and wife had just moved from Italy we all had much in common and we had a good conversation about Italy and places of travel. we finished the night off at the bar and grill over a few drinks which were nice and the bar staff made an uncommon cocktail with ease. all in all it was an amazing day away with my wife.

We were up from Devon for my Wife's Sisters birthday in Bury. It is a beautiful location with amazing walks all around. The room we booked was a standard double which was perfect. To be perfectly honest We could find no faults at all, a brilliant stay and we can think of no issues at all!

We had our wedding at the Last drop on May 20th 2023 in the Penny Farthing Suite. We thank Liz for being so accommodating with our requests, she was instrumental in the planning and could not do enough to ensure that our suggestions and needs were considered. The bridal suite was a perfect environment for getting the bridal party ready, the bridesmaids, hairdresser, photographer and make up artist had fun, getting us ready, we were even allowed to bring our dogs to stay with us! We had the most perfect day in the most beautiful setting and location. Liz, Mia, Nasser and his team made the day flow like clock work, nothing was to much to ask, all the staff were very polite and made our friends and family feel special. The food was amazing, with all our dietary requirements catered for. To top it off the weather was beautiful which made this picturesque village even more glorious. We would highly recommend the Last Drop hotel and spa as a perfect wedding venue.

We had our wedding at Last Drop on 27 May. From the moment we met Liz the wedding planner almost three years earlier, we fell in love with the place and knew it was the venue for us. From paying our initial deposit all the way through to the big day, Liz and the rest of staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a day to remember.
Arriving on the Friday, we enjoyed a fantastic spa day which concluded with some treatments with the fantastic Leanne, before dinner with our family in the Courtyard Bar.
On our wedding day we enjoyed a relaxing morning, with Liz and Mia on hand to bring drinks and finalise the last details with the guy who was running the wedding (sorry I've forgotten your name). The ceremony was out of this world, Mia did a fantastic job organising the flower girls, page boys and grooms maids getting down the Isle before Jamie with his mum. The canopes and drinks post ceremony were a lovely touch which our guests loved. The meal at the wedding breakfast was divine with many guests commented how nice it was. Throughout the afternoon into the evening, Jamie and I were treated like royalty, nothing was too much for any of the staff who went out of the way to keep everyone happy.
The only downside (no fault of the hotel) was we missed our own evening buffet, with hindsight we should have asked for some food to be put to oneside for us.
Overall we were super impressed, loved our special day and the memories we captured that will remain with us for a lifetime.

My son has Autism and it was his birthday the staff made such a fuss off him really going above and beyond from reception to the spa. The breakfast was lovely, bed are comfy and the spa and pool are very clean.
Its not that I didnt like it but pub on site for food was very expensive and very limited in the menu when we go back we would eat in the restaurant.

Great stay with family everything was excellent from start to finish .
If anything to mention just one thing about the room near ours 107 placed a full tray of food that they didn't seem to eat out on the corridor and it was there on the floor from tea time until the morning after , until cleaners arrived and took it away . It wasn't a nice view or smell left on the carpet when you are going into your room.

Customer service at its best at this great hotel! Staff, service and food all excellent. The hotel has charm and good facilities, would highly recommend and we will be back. Visited to celebrate our Anniversary and it didn’t disappoint!

Breakfast - self service - had everything you would want :- cereals; juices; tea; coffee; pastries; muffins: croissants; jams; toast; bacon; eggs; sausage; mushrooms; tomatoes; hash browns; beans - staff were quick to replenish items.
The village had its own pub & some artisan shops all in quaint black & white buildings.

Great value for money stay at Bolton and will be back again in future.
Very good staff service. We got free upgrade to executive room which is really comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provided us a mini fridge as per our request. We are really appreciative of the extra service provided.

Stayed in one of the cottage rooms previously but this time went for one of the executive rooms and a Revive 50 Spa treatment package, well worth the money. The room was very spacious and nicely set out. The swimming pool, hydrotherapy, Saunas and Spa treatment were all of a very good standard and I would say better than most other hotels we've stayed in over the years.
Evening meal in the resturant was excellent and the breakfast leaves you wanting for nothing, the selection is fantastic.

All you would want, good food, rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating , was there for a funeral from out out town, so not for fun, but was blown away by how comfortable this place is would go again in better circumstances, have no niggles whatsoever
