Overall impressed with the Last Drop. I attended a birthday party and facilities and food were good. Particularly enjoyed the spa. Looks like they could well be spoiling the view with the surrounding houses being built.

Would have been a 4 or 5 had management not given us a room with a know problem, a non flushing toilet. Not pleasant when you are sharing a room (room 30) Staff were friendly enough and brekfast was nice

Have stay here many times and I have always given great review.but not this time .Staff lovely food lovely house keeping very poor .Got to our room number 40 window wide open freezing cold heating not on .we came for overnight spa no dressing gowns left for spa.had to ring reception window sill really dirty stains on the curtains.and I don't know when last the radiator in bathroom was cleaned filthy 😳 plus radiator wasn't on ,toilet bowl not very clean either ,think the whole place could do with updating, very impersonal you have to check out online .sorry to say probably won't vist again

We had a family Christmas party and stayed over. Food at the function was great, piping hot, a rarity these days. Its not brilliant having to go outside to get to the bedrooms but that is because the hotel has been extended over the years. We have been before, to a wedding and would return.

The friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff was exceptional. The rooms are of a very high quality and comfort. The overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. I would highly recommend the Last Drop.

Good hotel and spa. We stayed in the courtyard. Room was smaller than we were expecting but incredibly clean. Better suited to one person rather than two. When we arrived it was like an oven as the heating had been turned on full. This was quickly fixed by opening the windows. Staff and service at the hotel was very good. Efficient, friendly and full of information. Food was excellent and really well presented. The spa was very good but beginning to look a bit tired in places. Pool was a good length. The only negative was the housing estate being built right next door blocked some of the view from the outdoor thermal spa pool and the noise from them working. Unfortunately, we left before the shops and the tea room opened but the village area looked very nice to explore. We would stay again but possibly in a larger room and away from the building works.

The courtyard at last drop Beautiful place, relaxing, restaurant staff very attentive, excellent food, cosy little get away. The fire alarm going of at 5am due to the storm. Went of every 20 minutes till gone 9am. Not the relaxing morning we hoped for.

Loved the spa.
Hotel looks a bit tired.
And somebody spoilt that fantastic view with a load of houses.

Adequate, spa nice enough, rooms clean and food ok.
However for the price there are much better places. Service isn't great. Breakfast choices are fine (few cereals poor quality, pastries/fruit and veggie option of full English) not worth £16.95.
Spa rooms and pool is open to public membership so can be busy/loud, tiles cracking etc as common in public gyms.

Completely ruined the relaxation element and wedding wow factor by building 2 massive housing estates up to the front door.

Overall adequate but does not live up to the price.

We loved this venue because we could take the dog. The Spa was fabulous and having somewhere to have a great walk right on the doorstep was idealic. Perfect location between Bristol and North Yorkshire as we can come one end of the country whilst family came from the other. Great dog friendly pub, the King William, nearby too!

This hotel is such a relaxing and beautiful hotel and spa. The back massage was wonderful and the spa is peaceful. You are able to go into the spa and out and then back in as there’s no time limit. Your also able to go in in the morning before check out which most spas don’t offer. They also offer 4/5 saunas, hot tub, Infiniti pool which is the perfect temperature, sun loungers and an indoor pool. Thr hotel is huge and goes right the way back with a little village that is a great walk.

Amazingly comfortable bed and good overall experience would recommend The bed was amazingly comfortable, best nights sleep at a hotel in a long time, room was cold which suited me, overall the décor is a bit tired in places but a good overall experience. The breakfast came super fast and the toaster worked well, which amazingly isn't usually the case. Friendly staff and generally good service.

Good value for the deal but did not live up to previous stays - no little touches and extra costs for dressing gowns, slippers and no bottled water in the room. The breakfast was good but sadly the evening meal was not cooked as we requested
