Overall a lovely stay, good nights sleep, lovely walks. Breakfast was good, evening meal on first night was excellent, second night not as good, would like to have seen a different menu.
Drinks a little expensive, but have to make your money somehow.
Would like to have seen option for a couple of different cocktails.
Downside from out last stay, houses being built around the Spa, can see into the neighbouring houses so didn’t feel quite as relaxing.
Overall, value for money and would visit again with the girls.

It was a wonderful hotel with great amenities but what I did find a little off putting was they are building housing right upto the carpark at the front of the hotel

Nice clean place, lovely spa, reasonable value all round.. Out near the Pennine Moors, so great views.I also selected it as the train station is under a mile away so it saved me driving towards Manchester every day.

Great spa break with my 4 sister's. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Spa was a relaxed and energising experience. Food was delicious.

The staff go above and beyond and we had a fantastic weekend from start to finish. The afternoon tea was delicious and then we had a lovely relax in the spa area, before we went out for a meal at Retreat in Bromley Cross. We’ll be back again soon.

nice room very clean and well maintained (not in main hotel at the side in courtyard!), lovely spa facilities (didn't have treatments), food was delicious, staff were brilliant across the hotel, very reasonable price, special for nhs etc. very good value will come again

My husband and I had a very enjoyable overnight stay with evening meal and breakfast included in the price as well as the spa facilities which where lovely and felt very refreshed after, room was big and comfortable with brew facilities, food was excellent and staff very friendly.

Every member of staff from front of house to the cleaners go above and beyond and this is why I love this hotel.
When ever I come here I’m never disappointed. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure you have a special stay. I will definitely be back again and would highly recommend it.

Stayed last night. Room lovely & clean. No hot water for a shower. Tried ringing reception but no answer. Gave up as going for evening meal. Woken up at 3.30am by loud music being played at what sounded like a on going party from earlier in the day. Food was delicious & staff very helpful in the restaurant. Spa is great but for 2 things. Infinity pool looks out over car park, building site & houses. Totally spoiling the view. Changing rooms & pool sides clean.

Enjoyable weekend break, efficient check-in, spacious executive room, cleaned to a high standard. Dined in the restaurant, food was well cooked, service efficient. SPA facilities could have been better as 2 of the facilities were out of order. The hotel is in the middle of some fantastic walks.

Lovely friendly staff, clean room with plenty of room for the three of us. Food in the bar was lovely and the food in the restaurant was also nice. Facilities were great with something for everyone, pool, treatment rooms, lovely shops, sauna and much more. Had a great trip with the girls for my birthday.

Me and my husband got married in the Harmony Suite at Last Drop on 25/02/22 and couldn't have had a better experience. Jaqueline was our wedding planner and she was beyond amazing, nothing was too much for her and having her there to guide us was amazing. She called frequently to check in and make sure we were doing okay and made us feel so welcome and listened to. Nasser was our MC and he was brilliant too, he was efficient and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the day as it progressed.
Every single member of staff were kind and considerate, they made our stay so good we never wanted to leave.
The food was brilliant and the room looked amazing. I can't wait for us to see all the pictures as the scenery is the perfect backdrop.
We will most definitely be coming back, hopefully very soon, and staying for a weekend.

I found a hair in my food. I was sick and didn’t eat anything all day. Other than that place was perfect in every way. So sad this put me off returning as the amenities are amazing and place is relaxing

Stayed at The Last Drop to celebrate a friends 50th birthday. Had a lovely afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend to others

Lovely stay. Used NHS thank you of £99 per couple. Our room was lovely, 2 course evening meal included and breakfast. Food was fabulous, cooked well and very good quality and choice for breakfast. Loved the free use of spa facilities, enjoyed the aroma room and thermal pool. We had a late breakfast so we could use the facilities in the morning as well. Excellent value for money and will certainly be on our list for a return visit 🥰

Fab night away last night with my sister and daughter..... our room was clean and comfy, spa and pool are nice, (shame about the new housing estate) view. We all really enjoyed our delicious 3 course meal and breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious (apart from the mushrooms)..

We had a lovely stay. Had booked my wife a prenatal massage which she really enjoyed. The restaurant and spa was fantastic. The reason it only gets 3 stars is that there was mould in the shower and the pillows were so firm neither me nor my wife had a good night's sleep, which was a shame. We had upgraded to an executive room and for the issue with the mould were offered 25% off our food bill, this amounted to less than the cost of the upgrade so not so sound ungrateful but I think a lot more should have been done as there was a substantial amount of mould. I will say they were getting rid of the mould the day we left after being made aware so it shouldn't be a recurring thing for future guests.
I think without these hopefully one of issues I would come back and give it another go as it potentially could have been 5 stars and had regular visitors and I hope next time it lives up to its reputation

Incredible, such a beautiful place. Food was amazing and staff were so friendly! The room was worth every penny and I've never been so relaxed, the spa was so clean and well maintained. The little village shops have the best old world charm and even in the rain it was still so enjoyable, especially when lit up at night! I will be recommending to everyone and cannot wait to stay again.

Good food, clean room, warm and plenty of coffee and Tea in room, but the think that made our stay so special was the staff. I have never stayed anywhere that had better staff. Polite, helpful nothing was to much trouble and service always with a smile. Would stay again.

Had an amazing time! I loved the leisure facilities and the rooms were spotless and comfortable.
It’s a shame that they sold that land to the new housing, now the view from the infinity pool is kind of ruined (used to be fields before) but it was still relaxing.
