To busy in the spa need probably book into it so more space for people . Few roddy people at night but no real trouble.

Reminds me of the village in the 1960's TV programme The Prisoner. Really worthwhile giving it a
visit. Good location in a good area. The whole complex is very well maintained and pleasantly welcoming. Good Leisure and pool facilities.

The whole stay was amazing, Ama on reception went above and beyond to help me sort a gaffe I had made when I don’t know another hotel that would of done the same. On top of this her and the other lady on reception (1pm Saturday 12th March) we’re so helpful and engaging, they really made us feel welcome and part of the hotel family. The room was spacious and very nice, the beds were very comfortable and a great nights sleep was had. The uniqueness of the village type set up, character of the building with some modern twists are excellent. My daughter did pottery and loved it in one of the little shops. The pool is good size for a hotel and the spa is excellent with the hit pool open to the outside really nice! Bar and restaurant staff were really engaging and cheerful, beautiful walks behind the hotel. Food was good, we couldn’t get enough didn’t want to leave and will be back. Thank you all and thank you especially to Ama for everything you did for us, I’ve never been in hotel where staff such as yourself have gone so above and beyond for their guests! Amazing!!!!

That’s got a pool
we’ve done a late check in maybe 10pm on a Friday, and while we were waiting at reception there were some guys full of blood fighting and shouting all this while my two daughters (one 7 and one 9 months) were watching in disbelieve and very frightened. my husband had to interfere to make them stop as they were obviously distressing my kids and they didn’t seem to have no sort of security or anything. I believe there was a wedding running at the location at that time or some sort of a party. and then the top of the cherry was that for a 2 nights stay I had to change the room as the facilities were failing (the hot water wasn’t working as it should’ve) I waited at least 45 mins for the whole situation to solve and then spent. another hour trying to move my stuff from one room to another, all this while both of my kids were absolutely freezing as the hot water was not working and they both needed a nice warm shower after the pool I won’t recommend this!

Myself and my Fiancée came here for a night away as part of the NHS deal. The spa was great with all basic facilities you’d expect in a spa Sauna, steam room and pool and more. We went for a drink after the spa before going back to the room to get changed for our dinner and Mia served us and was absolutely fantastic she stopped and chatted and shown interest in us both and once we had been to back to the room which was tidy,clean and comfortable we went to the restaurant for dinner. We were served by Chris and Jess and as stated above Mia. Their service was absolutely outstanding, I would appreciate an email to inform me that they have received a commendation for their service. We were in room 8 if you’d like to email us. 10th March 2022-11th March 2022.

I booked an overnight romantic spa break for me and my partner. It was fantastic. It was so reasonably priced I didn't have high expectations but it went above and beyond them. We had a really easy check in, the room was huge and spotless with a massive bath. As part of the price there was included: bottle of champagne waiting on ice in the room, fruit, chocolate, truffles, slippers, robe and a full breakfast. The staff were really friendly, the spa facilities were really clean. It was busy but it was a Saturday evening. The next day we got up for breakfast and it was a help yourself buffet style - the food was delicious. You had a choice from a classic full English on one side, on the other a full continental selection - i.e. pastries, cereal, fruits.

Great place to stay to visit the surrounding area. Everything was clean and well serviced by helpful and friendly staff. The food at both dinner and breakfast was spot on. The rooms we had (in the courtyard) were comfortable (other than the pillows!) and a decent size. The spa area was pretty exceptional to say access to it is included. It has a good sized pool which you can actually swim in plus numerous sauna/steam rooms all of which were operational and functioned well. Definitely worth a visit, particularly if you can get it on a deal

I booked an overnight spa trip for my daughter and we had a very relaxing time. The staff were friendly and the infinity pool was so relaxing. Although it is a shame that houses have been built near the hotel, it is still relaxing & I wouldn't let this put people off especially as the building work is virtually complete on the houses nearest the spa.
We enjoyed our two-course meal included in the price and there was a full breakfast and being a buffet, we could choose exactly what we wanted. Apart form the hard black pudding, it was all lovely!
The little shops in the complex are always an added extra to browse and just make the place the relaxing little haven that it has always been for us.

spa was excellent. public areas were all very pleasant. bed comfortable, food at breakfast and service both fabulous
room was basic and in need of refurbishment. could also be improved by a couple of packets of biscuits. window latch was broken and there was no telephone. the ventilation system above the main entrance needs attention as paint was peeling off in big chunks.

The spa is very nice. The room was dated and pretty poor for the price really. Much better options out there in this price bracket. Breakfast was ok but the table wasn’t cleaned properly. We also had an evening meal which again was nothing more than average.
