Stayed for our anniversary. Food was lovely and the room was comfy. The view was a bit of a let down now that houses are being built opposite the inffinty part of the hydropool. Also we informed them that we were staying for our anniversary, we weren't expecting flowers/wine/fireworks but didn't even get an acknowledgment of the special occasion

I booked this hotel through the Winter Extravaganza deal I was told about. I'd never heard of this hotel and thought it would be perfect for myself and my long distance boyfriend to spend time together. I'm so glad we decided to go! Staff were so helpful and chatty, they answered our questions on how to access the pool and ensured we were happy during our meal. The room itself was comfortable, you could hear next door move about to their bathroom in the night, but nothing worth complaining over! I highly recommend bringing your swimming costume as the pool and infinity hydro was very relaxing, so much so we spent hours having a swim.

We will definitely be returning in future and have recommended it to our family and friends!

Great stay
Great location and property. Ideal for 1 or 2 night stay with the kids and families.
Pool good fun for the kids to swim in.
Spa for over 16s only. It was busy but there was space for us 5 to have a dip in the thermal pool.
Food and drinks were very good.
2 course meal offering was delicious. No complaints on the food at all (impressive from a party of 12!).

We stayed for one night myself and my partner. We enjoyed the spa and the sauna. The staff were really helpful. We couldnt sleep at night as we found the bed really uncomfortable, but I suppose we are not use to the mattress. Overall the experience was really nice we had a lovely buffet breakfast aswell.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel, we booked on the winter package deal which allows a 2 course meal in the evening and full use of the spa and gym. The spa is lovely and has 2 pools and numerous sauna rooms more then I have seen at other spas. The food was also very nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall it was very good value for money and we plan to stay again in the future.

We booked a room as we were attending a wedding not far away, our room was good, spacious, clean and tidy, maybe could have done with another set of shower soaps as we forgot ours but we made do, on the outside of the Courtyard its a little old and tired looking but the whole place looks like it is having a refurb and is ultra modern in some areas, some noise from the housing estate being built but didnt affect sleep or ambience inside the building, the Spa is amazing, you must try the Infinity pool.
Unfortunately i was too hungover for breakfast so gutted i didnt get to eat it as it looked amazing.
Tip if you book any dinner bed and breakfast packages you can change the dinner to lunch, we didnt book it as we would have been at the wedding but wish we had if we had known about the dinner/lunch swap.
Will definitley be back for a stay with the kids as they have 3 walks you can do and it was very family friendly

Good The beds were very comfy and all the linen was lovely qnd fresh. We didn't enjoy the breakfast. It was very busy they seemed short staffed and the food wasn't that great. I waited a long time for them to bring our pot of tea in the end I had to ask again and then I had to ask for milk the waitress offered me the milk from the table she was clearing up which I think is pretty disgusting. By the time I got my tea we had finished our breakfast. We got told we had a free upgrade for my daughters 18th birthday but ended up having to pay £20 because the room they gave us was so small that annoyed me to be honest because I have the messages that say it was free and the room they moved us to was much bigger but the lighting was dingey and I'd say the decor was quite dated.

Enjoyable Stay The reception from staff was good. Jerry was very hospitable and expressed care and concern for our welfare. The swimming pool and sauna, steamer was good and the kids enjoyed themselves. Food in the restaurant was costly.

We did have a lovely stay here as we always do we’ve been loads of times - rooms are lovely as are the staff and usually the food is lovely but just one small thing was the evening meal a few of us ordered market fish of the day and got what I would describe as pasta bake! Overall though honestly it was as good as usual

Exceptional Lovely staff, very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Food very good plenty of choice. Breakfast excellent. Asked for extra milk for room and was give a jug of milk followed by staff bring more to room. We will be returning. One thing that would have improved our stay as a couple in a double room, having only 1 chair was a problem. We had disabled room and both of us where not able to sit in a chair. Sitting on the bed was difficult for us. We would upgrade next time to solve this.

Had a great time in the pool, food was nice enough. Was a bit noisy when people walking past our rooms but as we were at the far end of a corridor it didn’t affect our sleep. Was a nice little break away

Pleasant relaxing stay in a nice clean spa hotel. Spa was not too busy, would choose a bar meal rather than restaurant next time. Nice walk around before leaving the next day. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Exceptional Everything but the Spa was the best. Only negative that our 12 years old daughter wasn't aloud to go to the Spa.
