We were keen to return to Last Drop having not visited since Feb 2020 and were not disappointed. Check in was quick and the staff were really helpful when we had questions. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed an afternoon relaxing in the spa and then dinner in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent and just what we would have expected. We’ll definitely be back!

The spa treatment was amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent but queueing to get in was off putting having pre booked. The hydro pool view in the website needs updating as your looking at new houses that are being built!

I spent a day and night by myself and felt completely comfortable. Friendly, attentive staff. Lovely clean room. Excellent spa facilities and treatments.

Unusual style of hotel, lovely courtyard room, great views and walks direct from the hotel. Weather was poor whilst we were here but plenty of room in the courtyard bar and restaurant. Prompt and efficient service. Very clean everywhere. Loads of parking. Great place for a wedding or party
Due to the weather the spa was very busy so we were unable to use the pool.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent spa facilities and an infinity pool as well.
Downside was j had asked to be put in a room with a king size bed and had received message from hotel confirming this but wasn't case upon arrival. Such a good hotel as this should have fridge in the room and also safe was inoperative.

A lovely hotel which was ruined by the fact that there was mould in the shower and the firmest pillow I've ever had. The spa and restaurant were fantastic. I would come back as I would like to think these are one of errors.

We booked an accessible room that was pet friendly. We were very happy with the accommodation, and cleanliness. Lovely hotel, with lots of extras. Use of Spa facilities. Pet friendly, and accessible accommodation is easy to book.

Amazing venue and location. Liz and Jackie were our wedding planners and so helpful and friendly (couldn't do enough to help...even drove us to the room due to weather!)

The service was terrible, staff on reception didn't greet us, our rooms weren't ready upon check in, the rooms were dusty, the housing estate opposite has ruined the view. There was an argument in the courtyard and couples having loud sex above us. The money for the spa treatments is outrageous, I had a half finished massage and my partners massager spent the whole time complaining about her boyfriend in Wales. I was sent an email from a lady at reception telling me I hadn't paid for my room and when I went to ask about it she pretended she never sent it, even though her name was signed at the bottom.
We asked over 5 times for tap water at dinner and the young server never brought it out, drinks were half finished, we were told the wrong booking time for dinner and our desserts were served stone cold when they are supposed to be warm.

Very good value. A valentine weekend was enjoyed by both of us, Spa very good but a jacuzzi with lots of bubbles would be ideal. The pool is very good, as are all the Sauna rooms and the experience was superb

Everything was great and what was needed after working hard over the last 12 month spa was brilliant.

Hotel looks amazing and the staff were lovely. The spa and restaurant were amazing. If they had comfy pillows I would definitely come back.
In our shower there was mould, the pillows were extra firm so I barley slept a wink. We did complain about the mould and we were offered 25% off our food bill. This didn't even cover the cost of upgrading to an executive room I wasn't that happy with the resolution there which is a shame as it put a massive negative on what otherwise would have been a great stay.

Nice room but remote control for tv missing and duvet too small for bed. Both problems sorted quickly but should have been picked up before we booked in.
