The room, staff, food and spa were all excellent That the view from the Spa has gone, the parkland I remembered from a few years ago is replaced by houses!

Great room and lots of space. We like that there were two armchairs when so many hotels only have one. The shower was fantastic as was the whole bathroom.
We liked the little touches like the chocolates.
My only gripe is the milk in single use plastic tubs. Other than that we had a great stay. Sadly we didn’t have time to envoy the spa.

I chose this hotel for the location and services it had to offer. The trip was to take my mum away for a few days to relax and spend precious time together without the normal day to day stress. The spa facilities were lovely and I booked a facial for each of us as a little treat. We didn’t use the pool or hydrotherapy as we didn’t have time but if we stayed longer we would have done. The staff were excellent in all departments. Especially Julie who served us for breakfast and later at the bar. The weather was awful but that didn’t detract from a drink at the bar. On the first day we used the Last Drop pub for drinks and evening meal and it was lovely. The choice for getting food was good, Pub, bar, or restaurant. Would definitely book again.

As a special birthday treat we booked a long weekend at the last Drop Hotel and Spa. They do have a lot of options when booking but the receive in 50 overnight plus a nights B&B was a great choice. We paid the small extra for an executive room and it was a great choice with a lovely spacious room. Try for rooms 79 or 80 they are the best.
Breakfast and evening meal were delicious and all the staff exceptionally friendly. The pool and spa is wonderful with a large pool and then a separate wellness area with large heated pool with fountain and jacuzzi bubbles. Then 2 steam rooms two saunas and a salt room. Try that one it is surprisingly good.

Overall had a great weekend and would recommend to all

A deal we signed up for online was not honoured upon arrival. The rooms were thick with dust with stains in the wall. At nearly midnight we were awoken by two staff dragging a bed up a flight of stairs into an adjoining room (god knows why this was being done at that time).

Breakfast was very good and the spa was reasonable value for money.

Just one night here but on the whole it was a pleasant stay.
The executive room, and especially the bathroom, are tired and in need of more attention for cleaning (some mould around bath and some riot on doors) and a complete refresh but it was workable.
The hotel does get VERY busy and so there is a risk of being noisy but we had a good nights sleep and the room is well provided for.

Locality is in beautiful countryside a few miles out of Bolton Town Centre. Lovely walks in the area. Dog friendly is a big bonus in such a lovely hotel and spa. Entertainment in the "pub" was a lovely surprise on this visit.

The breakfast was poor quality to say the least, at £15 per head I expected good quality well cooked ingredients however, this was not the case. The bacon was like boot leather and the sausages were tiny, laced with pepper and inedible. if I had to stay again I would spend my money in a local café rather than in the breakfast here.

Attended a private function.
Nice hotel, comfy fair sized standard double room nice ensuite, nicely heated.
Plenty of parking.
The "Village" was nice to walk around and some bespoke crafts being made and sold.

We booked in for a Spa treatment last minute and I was seen to by Jleigh. She was so lovely and accommodating!! The massage itself was insatiable! Definitely the best one I've have so Far! Will definitely be returning and requesting Jleigh again!

I have stayed at the Last Drop many times over the last years and I really rate this place as a favourite - my job involves many overnight stays during the ear and this is always a comfortable place to stay.

Ive just returned home from a week here. As a first time solo traveller was a bit nervous. What a lovely place! I felt at ease immediately thanks to Aiden, Jane and Caitlin at the Drop inn. Service and food was impeccable (thank you Jane .. the chef). Rooms clean, nice and relaxed atmosphere whereever you go. Sadly the infinity pool was having renovations however the main pool and saunas (5 different ones were still open. If you like a walk theres plenty ask at reception for a map. Would i recommend? 100% i would and i for one will certainly be returning. Thank you for a relaxing memorable week.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were mostly clean but suggest staff try dusting the wardrobe shelving as there was a thick coat of dust (this was a comment during my last stay.

The bed was very comfortable, but the furniture, decor and carpets have seen better days and I think the a refresh is long overdue.

The swimming pool and gym are free for guests to use and are clean with friendly staff.

I've always found the food to be excellent and reasonably priced with a good selection of wine.

One thing I've commented on before (but has been ignored), is that the bar does not offer any real ale either on tap or in bottles or draught. If you like lager, then you will be fine but, be aware the Guinness is out of cans and you will be charged £5.95!

Interesting place to be honest. It's a hotel but not really as it's several small areas, some of which are a bit quirky. The room I had was large and ok (the one I had last year was better) but the hotel feels unloved, unkempt and in need of work in a lot of the communal areas. The front of house staff were nice - one was having a bit of a "betsy" with a guest on the phone which wasn't great but there we are. Breakfast was very good!

Myself and daughter had this treatment and it was a lovely treat for both of us. It was a 55 minute treatment of back massage, facial and scalp massage. I had therapist Ria and what a brilliant massage I had. She got rid of lots of stress and tension in my shoulders and neck area, felt liberated to say the least. My skin was glowing after my facial and I felt amazing. My daughter had Jleigh as her therapist and said she was brilliant throughout, she felt relaxed and calm and we went home feeling revived. Brilliant customer service, excellent in their profession and we will definitely be both returning.. next time with our mothers and in law also.
Absolutely 5 star 👍 and I will be recommending this spa to all x
