Went to last drop village with my mum as a birthday present and I had an amazing massage by the talented Paula Croft, most relaxed I have been and very welcoming. overall an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend this spa!

Average Good very nice. Staff friendly and welcoming Hairs in bathroom when we arrived. Not enough bath robes and towels for amount of guests. Lift was forced open by cleaners in the morning meaning y disabled mum had to go up and down the stairs rather than using the lifts.

Would definitely use again and would highly recommend. We upgraded to a family room so had more space which we were pleased with. Restaurant manager is an asset to this hotel and his absence from breakfast was noticeable on day 1. Breakfast selection is very good but young unsupervised staff didn't do this hotel justice on our 1st day. We ate in the restaurant twice, day 1 food was less than average, day 2 food was excellent! Spa facilities are excellent although duty staff should be visible to ensure rules are being followed. Lots of photography and filming taking place! We had a couple of issues which were immediately rectified by the duty manager.

I was treated to a surprise weekend Spa stay here on Saturday/ Sunday.
What a beautiful place and stay it was.
From checking in to checking out the facilities and staff could not have been better or more helpful.
The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The restaurant was lovely, both the breakfast and evening meal was delicious and served with a smile and friendly and attentive staff.
The Spa facilities were again a fantastic experience that made the stay such a wonderful experience.
We will definitely stay again and I would recommend it for any couple looking a special time away.
Thank you Karen and Judy for arranging a wonderful weekend at a very special Hotel and Spa.

Pleasant Use of pool was great, and rooms clean. Staff were friendly. Had to pay extra for robes to go the pool, but the other 2 times I have stayed they were included. After paying for robes had to chase reception twice for them to be delivered to the room. No soap or mini fridge in room which would have thought was standard.

By far the best spa hotel for value and amenities. Visited with my partner for 2 nights for a well needed break. Lots of parking available. Hotel was clean and staff were very professional. There are some lovely walks around the hotel grounds as it’s quite big.

My only issue was the bottled water was not in the room when we arrived, I called down to reception and was told someone would be on their way up with it. They never came, but I went down to reception and was given them and these were not restocked for our second day.

The spa is the best feature of this hotel and where we spent most of our time, not many spas offer unlimited access throughout your stay. Robes and slippers were provided in our rooms and you are given a fresh towel each time you check in at the spa reception. Lots of different steam rooms/saunas to choose from each with their own benefits listed on the wall as you come in. The hydro pool is very relaxing and adults only. The big pool was great to cool down & get a few lengths in. My only regret was not booking a massage.

We had breakfast and evening meals on 2 days at the restaurant both of which were lovely.
The bar had the football on when we visited which kept my partner happy & lots of gin choices for me.

Brilliant that special rates were offered to blue light card holders, but still great value for money when paying full price. Booking our next visit soon

Myself and my wife have been married for just over a week, from the offset we felt comfortable and continually reassured throughout all stages whilst using the venue. Liz our manager was superb throughout and when it came to the day our reception and wedding breakfast within the penny farthing suite was perfect the staff were adaptable and everything was smooth throughout the day thanks the MC Nassa. I would highly recommend using the last drop village as a option for your wedding you truly get more than what you pay for in our opinion. The staff and organisation meant we truly had the perfect wedding day.

Pleasant My massage with leanne The pool was lovely and sectioned off into two halves, people didn't follow the rules, in the pool and Just stood around in side of the pool making it difficult to swim stood around in eitherat times. Then when families with children started to arrive, they allowed their kids to go where they wanted in the pool, so pointless using it The food in the main restaurant was awful. Service was poor. Breakfast was OK, but coffee they brought you was disgusting, staff not clearing tables as you piled up your empty plates and bowles. The food was expensive too. The pub part where you went for pizza was set out like a cheap cafe. No one in hardly but yet everything took an age, no staff and the staff there was, were useless. The hotel itself advertises on its website beautiful grounds, think they had sold most of it, and instead of you driving up through lovely grounds, there were newly built houses, or houses being built on both sides.

Took full advantage of the pool during our 2 night stay, couldn't get my daughter out 😁. Lovely and warm.
Breakfast was delicious and staff were super efficient and friendly.
Zoe Leyland was especially kind and friendly!!
The only slight let down was the numerous new houses being built in close proximity to the hotel. It's a shame the wide open space has gone. However, would definately stay again.

What an amazing venue for a Wedding! It absolutely ticked all of our boxes in the planning of our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to be close to home, with a hall big enough for all of our guests as well as a huge dance floor and with plenty of hotel rooms for our out of town guests to stay in! Jacqueline, Stuart, Lindsay and all of the team have been helpful beyond words! They have gone above and beyond to make this special day such an enjoyable experience for all of us. Nothing has been too much trouble and they catered to our every need. We can’t praise them highly enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! Thank you all so much for enhancing our celebrations.

We’ve stayed here lots of times, always friendly staff and a nice surprise that it’s dog friendly. But at £20 per dog per night, maybe won’t take them again! Though plenty of walks behind the back of the hotel

The Last Drop Village is an ideal short escape from life. My wife and I had a lovely stay made by the efforts of the wonderful staff.
Unfortunatly we arrived late to our spa treatment but instead of telling us no, Janet worked out a way we could still get our treatments despite them being fully booked!! We can't thank her enough for making our stay complete!
The food was amazing and the staff were lovely!
The only negative would be the lockers in the spa. I don't understand how, after spending all that money on a stay or treatment you would need to pay £1 for a locker.
Other than that. I can't complain.

Fabulous room, excellent cleanliness. Super comfy King size bed with mattress topper, lovely cotton bed linen. Our stay included using the swimming pool until 10pm, which we had to ourselves.
We had a very relaxing stay. Book in from 2pm to 11am next day. Perfect !

May be a little worn around the edges but this is made up for with friendly hard-working staff, excellent family accommodation (King bed, single bed and good size and pop-up bed). Lovely sized swimming pool with separate quiet spa area for adults. A wide range of breakfast items and a good variety for dinner. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Up from Essex for the weekend visiting family, and chose this hotel for its positive ratings, location and facilities.  Plenty of onsite parking available.

Yolande on reception gave us a friendly welcome, and made sure we were aware of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Having booked an executive room we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space the room offered.  Robes and slippers were also provided in the room.

The bed was comfy,  the room lighting was perfect, and as we were in the hotel annex, we had peace in which to enjoy our stay.

The pool in the spa was thoughtfully divided in half, so serious swimmers could pound up and down to their hearts content whilst families could enjoy a gentle swim.  Be aware that the pool is the same depth (1.2) the whole length of the pool so be careful not to jump in.

The infinity pool in the next room was amazing.  It was like getting into a relaxing warm bath, and looked out onto the aptly named "The Santuary" housing estate.  It was a lovely experience, especially with the integrated jacuzzi.

We had bar snacks in the bar on our first night, which were a bit pricey but delicious all the same.  There is a large screen TV in the bar, and plenty of seating both there and in reception.

I would recommend this hotel, and would definitely like to stay here again
