We had our wedding at The Last Drop in August and our guests couldn't speak more highly of the "best day ever". From start to finish we were looked after by Liz and apart from a few hiccups with the booked rooms, everything was near perfect and I cannot thank her enough for her part in making the day that little bit more perfect. We will be back to stay very soon!

The executive room was big, room service was good and the staff are lovely. The breakfast was nice and the evening mega was delicious if not pricey. It was a shame the swim up pool overlooks the car park but didn’t stop us from relaxing and having a good time. My biggest issue was the hard bed but I think that’s personal preference, I like a softer mattress

It was a pleasant couple of nights in a location which I have known since 1968.
Staff excellent,friendly and helpful.Room rather remote in “executive wing” but spacious.Lighting in room poor for reading and WiFi connection poor.Arrangements for friends to join me for dinner (with their small dog) most helpful and excellent service.Room service good.
Sadly the area around the Last Drop Village has been vandalised since my last stay by intrusive Legoland-like housing on a huge scale in close proximity and I hope that will intrude no further onto the moorland ground and Golf Course above the hotel which provide much needed fresh air.Otherwise,see above re the walk out to the Executive Wing (I’m old!)and WiFi limitations.

This is really a complex, there are multiple bedroom zones a spa with pool and event facilities. It even has its own shops, including gallery, bridal, florist, dress boutique etc. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. It was very busy all the time we were there. There are residential homes as part of the complex too.

Unfortunately had an awful nights sleep as all I could hear was people talking/shouting outside the hotel. The room was also really hot so wasn’t comfortable to sleep at all

Hotel served our purpose, comfortable room, near son’s home where we looked after our grandchildren.
The room met our needs of quietness and comfort and seclusion.
Other residents were hard to live alongside. I did not want to share the public space with them so spent more time than I planned in my room or off site.

A good hotel with a good spa but now looking a little dated in places
Good spa and everything was clean The evening meal was very good and we liked the idea of a good vegan menu
The breakfast was ok but surprisingly there was no attempt to have specific vegetarian or vegan options. The decor in the restaurant was very dated.

Lovely experience and lovely staff :) Good choice at Breakfast, Room ok but a bit too hot and needs aircon in places. Pizza in Drop Inn Pub is Excellent! Good Facilities and lovely old style, quirky Village inside which has to be experienced by anybody visiting!

Been here a few times we love it we work 6 days a week and it’s nice to switch off at weekends unwind in the spa we enjoy the meal and buffet breakfast. The staff are helpful. There is a little village around the back with a pub and pizza restaurant which we tried this time and was lovely there too

Went here yesterday for a spa day package which included use of the pools and saunas a massage treatment and afternoon tea. The afternoon tea was just OK. Very little fillings in the sandwiches and not much to it. The massage was OK. The pool rooms looked like the need a good face-lift to be honest. Alot of rust and holes in the window frames. It was a nice day. For 80 pounds per head I wouldn't rush back and it does look a bit dated and needs a good refurb in the pool areas. Sauna was out of use and pool areas look rusty in places and dated.

Food was a set menu first night great, but then repetitive,
Hotel would benefit from some evening entertainment as a sports bar is not for everyone.we then went to Salisbury stately home where the tour guide was a witch who was extremely entertaining, got all historical points over in a fun way.
Then went on barge sail on kittiwake canal with high tea this too was excellent,
Highly recommend this tour ,

We have stayed at the Last Drop on three/four occasions and have never been disappointed. The hotel is set in lovely grounds, so quaint with the little village and separate pub and the accommodation always clean and comfortable. We have busy lives and like to get away for a night now and then and the Last Drop is the first place we think of going. The food is lovely, the staff always attentive and helpful and the surroundings and hotel is so relaxing. I would recommend The Last Drop Village to anyone, in fact we treated our daughter in law and son to a night away on her 30 Birthday, I wouldn't have thought of going anywhere else!! We are booked to go back again for an night in a week and am already packed!! x

We had our wedding here on 03.09.22 and it was absolutely amazing!! Can not recommend here enough, the perfect venue! All the staff were amazing but especially our wedding coordinator Jacqueline who made sure everything was perfect, nothing was too much and everything we wanted / needed was arranged for us!

We had a late drink in the bar after returning from a wedding. A group of people who were clearly too drunk were knocking over glasses making a mess and being a nuisance. Wasn't very keen that some of them were walking around in their PJ's. Just lowered the tone and was surprised nothing was said to them. The Spa is great but a pity you now look onto a housing estate that spoils the view whilst in the outside pool.

Great location to meet up with sister for a few days. Room was clean and spa facilities were great. Hotel is well run and staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was great and we loved the little village pub and shops. Will definitely return.
