I was really worried reading the reviews but thankfully we had a really positive experience. We shad a family room 1 large bed and 2 single beds, the rooms are a bit tired but clean but the bathroom was modern&clean&loads of wardrobe space. We had an executive room with robes, slippers&ESPA products.
The Spa area was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel there are 5 different rooms to go in as opposed to the usually 1 sauna 1 steam room&there is a lovely hydro pool.
We didn’t eat at the hotel as we are visiting family. We are staying for 2 nights so still one night to go but no complaints and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here as a Christmas break away. Firstly we do have to say the staff were very polite and friendly.
The spa was lovely and relaxing and clean with fresh towels given at reception.
The room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and a powerful shower.
The one major let down for us was the breakfast, we had quite a bit of a wait for simple things such as sauce with us having to as 3 different staff members. We had a cold breakfast by the time it was finally given to us which was very disappointing.
The hotel itself is lovely and it was great to see people with their dogs as the hotel is dog friendly, next time we visit we will definitely bring ours.
Even with the breakfast let down we will definitely return In the future.

Excellent SPA Hotel very relaxing and a great experience for the whole family. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great selection of food on offer in multiple areas. The breakfast was exceptional couldn’t fault it.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Loved the fact you provided a dog bed and bowl for my dog Needed a shower cap as didn’t want to get hair wet every day

Poor quality food. Processed turkey hard veg . At £90 ahead !
We stayed for one night in this tired looking hotel . The executive room was poor with to single beds pushed together holding to uneven mattresses zipped together On the plus side the staff and manager were very polite.

Why are dogs allowed in bedrooms . One was left alone on Xmas day barking at 1am .
It’s not on for these inconsiderate people who own dogs , sitting on settees etc , I don’t want to sit where a dog has been sat .
I will not book any further accommodation where dogs or any other animals are allowed in the bedroom

Excellent spa, perfect hotel for going out and staying in The Last Drop is exceedingly well-priced given the quality of its spa and pool space, its proximity to the attractions in the area, and the bar/pub/dining spaces available within the site. The rooms are comfortable and of good size, the staff were pleasant and supportive throughout.

Nice enough, very basic room. Bed was solid like a piece of wood Clean and nice staff Advertised fast WiFi and where the room was couldn’t get any WiFi or phone reception at all for our whole stay

Really lovely stay - the pool and leisure faciliwere great as well as the rooms. Dinner was pleasant however the cooked breakfast let it down slightly. Despite this I would still return!

Stayed here as I was visiting family in the area, the hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly. My only comment is that as I was staying on the cottage side I could have parked right outside and not have to walk my case through the hotel quite far which was actually unnecessary. The room itself was very clean and comfortable however I would say the rooms are a bit basic for the hotel rating compared. Either way a lovely stay. Thanks.

Staff are lovely. The staff were delightful and helpful. When we arrived, in December, it was windy, dark and very rainy
The window in our room was open and the heating was off.
Welcome to Bolton ! Inexplicable.
Staff worked hard to sort it out quickly.

We have stayed several times and the hotel is good. We opted for a standard room this time and regretted not having the same spacious room we had previously.
The radiator in the room was on full blast and we had difficulty turning it down. The room was like a sauna and some people would love that but it was a bit unbearable for us during the night. It wasn't helped that all the windows were locked. Unfortunately we only discovered that during the night while trying to cool the room down.
Such a waste of energy.
Nevertheless a very enjoyable stay, we will get a bigger room next time!

Great venue for functions, had our work Xmas party hosted here, the evening was seamless and the service was natural.
Would recommend to groups or businesses who don't want the polava of arranging getting in and out of Manchester as logistically can be a nightmare, so all in all very pleased with my experience.
Didn't take use of the spa so I can't comment on that.
Breakfast was good.

Went for a spa day, was lovely. The hydrotherapy pool was amazing, with lots of little sauna/steam rooms. My massage and facial were so nice and relaxing. Some areas could do with updating, but that's the only negative. Afternoon tea was lovely, the scones were delicious. Staff was also really nice and helpful.
