Everything is here for a restful stay when you book DB&B and particularly liked using the spa before dinner and after breakfast! Superbly well staffed and definitely better than many other, very good DB&Bs we have been to. Well done to Last Drop!

Fair stay had better service in 3 stars Swimming facilities were good Breakfast paid for 4 people no tea serves both days. The Asian man in the kitchen was very helpful and made us eggs. Others had no bother and couldn't serve a cup of tea so had to leave after 30 min. Excuse was short staff, not my problem when your charging £20 a night for breakfast a day per person. Booking swimming pool for 50min conditions sucks etc

We celebrated my daughter's wedding at the Last Drop Hotel, and Liz and her team ensured that their special day ran beautifully and to schedule.
Everything was on time and Liz seemed to pop up in all the right places at all the right times!!!
We enjoyed working with Liz during the previous 12 months or so in the planning of their special day, made even more special by the fact that Liz was always so calm and collected and knew it all would be on the day!
The bridal suite was exquisite - I had a sneaky look! and our overnight bedroom was also comfortable and was everything we needed. The hotel accommodated all our needs and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Last Drop Village as a venue to family and friends who are making any future celebrations.

comfy nights sleep, but the rooms need updating We were welcomed warmly upon arrival. The customer service was excellent.
The bed was extremely comfy and we both had a great nights rest.
The toilet had an awful stench coming from it- we had to spray in there upon arrival an in the morning, because the smell took your breath away. The sink also looked like it had not been cleaned.
Whilst the price might be bit more reasonable if we were able to take advantage of the spa facilities, we unfortunately could not as we were attending a wedding nearby. The price was very steep for the room- and the room was quite dated.

We stayed in an executive room. We requested a fridge as the rooms don't have them and this was seamlessly provided . Queue at reception to check in but it is a popular wedding venue so busy. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom floor dangerously slippery when wet. Powerful shower though. We had hoped for a relaxing spa experience but the pool had been taken over by a boisterous group playing a game. We went to the hydrotherapy infinity pool but it now overlooks a housing estate. Very strange to overlook a car park and someone's kitchen. The chilled experience marred by guests drinking cans of alcoholic drinks and using their mobile phones. The hotel is too short staffed to cope with any poor behaviour so it was far from relaxing in the spa. Clean though. Housekeeping were helpful too.

Very basic no thrills room akin to Travelodge circa 1999. The shower room was slightly better. Spa ok but needs some TLC. Friendly staff and reception redeemed them somewhat but i would not go back.

Booked an executive room, if that was an executive room I'd hate to see a standard one. Room tired and dated no mini bar, no air-conditioning. Putting a flat screen tv and an ironing board in doesn't make it executive.
Also long queue to check in took a while. Stood waiting for ages to check out before the lady even took notice of us! Breakfast was good. But room was very priced for what you get.

The hotel was ok but I wouldn’t rush back there. We stayed for a wedding. The rooms were ok however breakfast wasn’t great for the price.

Stayed at the hotel as it was close to the wedding venue we were attending, we used the leisure facilities which were great. All round really good experience and would definitely go back again.

Visiting the spa for treatment and afternoon tea. Lovely building but tired and old inside. Not changed over the years much. Pool area chipped tiles showers bit grubby around the fittings hairdryer on the wall broken but still there. Afternoon tea Lovely but sandwiches bit of acquired taste.. as I looked over the beams are dusty, I'm not an inspector but I noted those details .
On a brighter note the staff were lovely and the treatments were fab... staff all young and friendly.

Really nice place, although Shame it's in the middle of a housing estate and not overlooking the countryside as advertised.
Still a very enjoyable stay made special by the excellent staff.
Dinner in the restaurant was very good served by Joe and Chris
Spa treatments by Gaelle also very good. Shame the spa overlooks the car park!
Would definately go back for spa dinner and wonderful staff.
Would have given 5* if the pillows were nice, but sadly not!

Rooms are a bit tired and the pillows are terrible. Need a choice of firmness at the least. Good gym facilities.

The hotel complex is up an unpromising road near Bolton. It is laid out as a self-contained village with shops, a good restaurant and several venues for meetings and weddings. Our room was comfortable and clean, though the bathroom was a little tired. Staff were friendly and efficient and there is plenty of car parking space. The spa is well equipped and has a good sized pool.

Great location. Fantastic wedding venue but for the price and current 4* rating, the hotel and rooms sorely need a major renovation.

Fabulous food, friendly and helpful staff. Spa was lovely and clean as was the whole of the complex. Just need an excuse to stay again.

Beautiful Complex, Friendly and Helpful Staff, the Wedding Reception was decorated beautifully and the buffet and canapes were delicious but not very wheelchair user friendly.
