A good overnight break with good breakfast and spa facilities. Great pool for swimming and fabulous staff Comfortable room. Not a quiet retreat as very busy and in the middle of a housing estate.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
The facilities were good and we enjoyed the use of the Spa and pool.
The room was a good size and was clean although the mattress was a little soft for our liking.
We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent and a good price.
The staff were friendly and in particular Jazmin who was working in the restaurant on Sunday night was excellent, really chatty, friendly and very helpful.
We will certainly stay again when in the area.

Good with small hiccup on the room front Great location with good facilities My room wasn’t serviced at all. Bed wasn’t made, no one came in the room at all.

We had also a great and delicious dinner!
The breakfast was more then ok! It was delicious.

Stayed four nights on business. The twin room I had was fairly big albeit a bit basic looking but had those all important mains sockets with USB for charging my devices overnight. The bed was comfortable with a medium softness mattress. The WiFi was ok but did go off a few times. For me though the highlight has to be the food. Evening meals were simply outstanding. I stay in hotels a lot all over the world. The Courtyard Restaurant was one of the best that I have experienced in quite a while. And the cooked breakfast arrived quick, nice and hot.
The staff were polite, attentive and smartly dressed. A credit the their profession. All of them.
There is loads of parking. The best spaces are around the rear of the hotel where your walk to the room may be shorter depending on which building you are staying in.
Some people may be put off by it being situated in the middle of a housing estate but this didn’t bother me particularly. And some of the roads in this area are very narrow so take notice of what your sat nav suggests as a route.
I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We were well served as part of a large family group by reception and restaurant staff Good selection for you to tailor your breakfast to your needs and preferences Choice of Craft/real ales would have been a good addition.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024 with our family of four (two adults, two kids, and our little dog), and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, making it easy for all of us to relax after a long day. The hotel was also very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated.

One of the highlights was the lovely spa area—it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The facilities were excellent, and it was a great addition to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to other families.

I've been coming to the last drop with my family over the past 20 years, for special occasions and for random treat stays.
My husband and stayed here the day after our wedding last year and had the loveliest time and booked again for two days this year, noting that it was our first wedding anniversary, and they very kindly upgraded us to the same room we stayed in last year - a feature suite in the cottages.
We've had the nicest two days in really gorgeous surroundings,
There really isn't much to fault them on at all, the view from the spa pool outside is a bit disappointing - a nice feature wall of plants or something pretty to look at would be nice to block looking out at the carpark and houses, and the inside of the spa could do with a pressure wash in parts, and the chairs in the restaurant are a bit past their best, but overall that's the only not great things I can think of.
The service and food are my favourite bits of The Last Drop, both being immaculate.
Specifically the reception, restaurant and bar staff - the younger wait staff are so polite and helpful. And reception can't do enough for you. The surroundings are great as well with the little boutiques and views over the hills.
We've always enjoyed every meal we've eaten here, specifically the desserts which are stunning, and the breakfast is great, though a few cheeses / meats to the continental selection would be a nice addition.
Overall we absolutely love it up at the Last Drop and are always sad to have to leave.
