Had a wonderful overnight stay here . Hotel very clean and modern, staff very accommodating. I had a full body scrub in the spa performed by Leanne who was wonderful but professional. Felt so relaxed after it THANK YOU LEANNE XX

My friend and I came to the Last Drop for a spa treatment, evening meal, bed and breakfast. The package cost was very reasonable.
We started our afternoon in the Spa having a full body revive scrub treatment the therapist was great she was firm and it felt amazing, she was polite and professional.
We spent another couple of hours enjoying all the spa facilities, which were all clean and well kept.
The hotel room was very clean and well kept with everything you might need, the bed was comfortable.
The evening meal was beautiful and cocktails were delicious. All the staff are polite and professional will definitely be returning for another visit.

The thermal spa is lovely and enjoyed the saunas and hot pool with outdoor infinity pool.
Room was tired, thin walls, old decor. Ensuite Bathroom modern style, nice shower.
Tried to order room service and no answer, tried reception and they put through to an extension and still no answer. Used Deliveroo instead.
Breakfast was a nice spread of cooked food and pastries.

Over all a decent spa, it’s starting to look a bit tired and grubby in places, could do with a bit of a freshen up with the changing rooms etc. staff are nice and treatments are good.

Excellent deal. Stayed in a family executive suite. Very comfortable. Staff all very friendly from housekeeping to reception and bars and restaurants. Food good quality and plenty of choice at evening meal.

We had a super relaxing time enjoying the wonderful spa complex. everything was wonderful. The food and beverage as well as the spa facilities. The pool was big enough to swim in. I highly recommend to visit Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa you if you want to spend a few relaxing days

Great night away with friends - rooms spacious and beds comfortable.Food in restaurant was absolutely delicious . Spa was not crowded and relaxing! Perfect getaway with mates ! Will be visiting again for sure! We couldn't ask for more tbh - well done Last Drop hotel

This place has changed so much they used to be staff that was there if you had pronlems now they dont answer phones when you ring reception it just rings out the customer service was shocking

The staff were all extremley freindly and all too helpful, the decor is a little dated but nonetheless a very nice staff and would stay again. Check in and out was online which made things quick and easier.

The Spa was the same as always very good.
Rang reception to let them know about a few issues said would send somebody one of the issues was remote for tv not working somebody came 2hrs later and handed us batterys at door the other was towels took 5hrs before we got them and anytime i rang reception it just rang out. This is the only time ive wrote a review thats not great on this hotel but feel its customer servoce was poor on our stay.

A return visit to the Last Drop did not disappoint, staff were helpful and the room was good. We had to eat early as we were going out for the evening, but we ordered at the bar and the food was good. We even squeezed in time for a dip in the pool.

we enjoyed the stay, the pool was very nice as was the food in the restaurant. Our room was very spacious. Lovely relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel are very freindly the manager in the restaurant remembered us and our room number and was very feindly. We didnt have spa treatments this time but plent of people were having them and the spa area looked very nice.

It has a Very strange location in the sense that it's in the middle of a new build estate, let's start with the positives the pool and gym is amazing ( didn't use it) but it looked really nice clean and smart staff in the hotel were really helpful room was clean big enough, parking was sufficient,
Now for the slightly negative:
There was a constant drip from the shower in the bedroom , some aspects are very dated ( reminded me of the shining) but are newer and you can tell, we had food in the restaurant the first night we stopped we had to book a table because they were busy we had been work all day so wanted something quick easy then to get our head down , we waiting a hour for food the choice on the menu was the worst I have seen in my long history of stopped at these establishments, I went for the spicy beef noodles and as you can see in pictures it's was noodles with a slab of beef on top no thought or effect had gone in to it. We had garlic bread to start which was cold now I usually when they ask if everything's ok say if there are issues ( in a nice way) no one asked.
The night after we found somewhere else to eat.
Breakfast was ok. The food was better hot and tasted ok my only criticism was that when asked if I wanted tea and coffee and I said latte I got told it was an extra charge. I found it very strange?
Overall would I stop again, probably not first impressions are everything I think it could be a really nice place if they put a little effort into certain areas.

Stayed with a friend for some relaxation and a catch up. All Staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us.

We booked here for our first year anniversary and had one of the best nights we've had in a long time! On arrival we were given complimentary welcome drinks which was a lovely touch and a later check out too for the Monday. The facilities were fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and literally couldn't do enough for us.
A big shout out to Zoe, Ollie and Matty who looked after us all evening and went above and beyond for us! They are all a credit to your hotel.

a nice hotel but stay was completely ruined spoiled by reasons given
a very nice hotel with comfortable beds
unfortunately there was a loud humming noise in one room that was so loud that you couldn’t sleep..the staff were told about it but were unable to resolve it or move rooms as they were full..no discount or refund offered ..very disappointing otherwise would have marked higher

I would recommend you ask to stay inside the hotel as if not you’d need to walk through the hotel bar and lobby in your dressing gown to to spa (unless you wanted to get changed in the spa but meant carting clothes and gowns around)
The grounds at the back are lovely seems strange that you are in a pool looking over a car park and holiday homes but was still very pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 night on a BB & evening meal deal - amazing value for money!! Started off by having lunch in the bar area - good selection to choose from and very tasty too!! Once we had checked in went straight to the Spa. Gutted that I didn't pre-book a treatment but made good use of the pools and sauna rooms. The Spa was spotlessly clean and plenty of loungers to chill out on. Our room was a cottage style - number 50. Located in a very quiet area and very spacious. Again all was spotless. Had our evening meal in the restaurant - lots of different choices on the menu, not your usual run of the mill choices. Great meal and even better wine!! All in all we felt totally refreshed and recharged (even after just 1 night!!) - we will be back!!
