The hot pool was lovey
Rooms where clean and tidy
The treatments were thoroughly enjoyable.
I would recommend you ask to stay inside the hotel as if not you’d need to walk through the hotel bar and lobby in your dressing gown to to spa (unless you wanted to get changed in the spa but meant carting clothes and gowns around)
The grounds at the back are lovely seems strange that you are in a pool looking over a car park and holiday homes but was still very pleasant.

Stayed here for 1 night on a BB & evening meal deal - amazing value for money!! Started off by having lunch in the bar area - good selection to choose from and very tasty too!! Once we had checked in went straight to the Spa. Gutted that I didn't pre-book a treatment but made good use of the pools and sauna rooms. The Spa was spotlessly clean and plenty of loungers to chill out on. Our room was a cottage style - number 50. Located in a very quiet area and very spacious. Again all was spotless. Had our evening meal in the restaurant - lots of different choices on the menu, not your usual run of the mill choices. Great meal and even better wine!! All in all we felt totally refreshed and recharged (even after just 1 night!!) - we will be back!!

Superb Staff were absolutely fabulous. Spa was lovely. Stayed before and will stay again. Parking great. Lots of seating for larger groups in the pub. Spa beds a little hard and robe wasn't included but being extra picky to find fault.

Stayed here with while away with work
Fantastic hotel.
From the moment I arrived it was a fantastic positive experience
The staff were all very professional and down to earth.
They were like one big haply family.
My room was very clean and comfortable
I used all the facilities on site.
The restaurant, the bar, gym facilty and the hydro spa.
Fantastic throughout.
I will definitley be back at this hotel when down in the North West.
This hotel has fantastic staff, all pleasant and well mannered and keen to spend a little bit of time getting to know their guests without being too intrusive.
To name a few, Jean in the front reception through to Zoe in the reception bar I felt like they were doing it with passion and love for the job. I look forward to returning here in the next few months and experience the warmth of the last drop village!

Best Wishes

perfectly adequate but fairly pricey for just ‘adequate’ comfy bed , good breakfast , generous sized room. the corridor areas were a little ‘tired’ and dated and would benefit from new carpets and the squeaky floor boards replacing .

Rooms- clean tidy we had view over court yard.
Service- some reception staff could do with working on there communication/customer service skills as on arrival wa given key card directed to room, no formal introduction like ive had at other spas where they run through everything briefly for you, but domestic and dining staff polite and friendly.
Location- nice and quite, nice little view when in hydrotherapy pool but view has been taken up by the retirement property's the spa has built next to it, this did not bother us as was still nice relaxing experience, other people there friendly.

Check in seemed quite chaotic, and we had to wait for our room to be ready, after we arrived at check in time. The room was OK. The pool and spa were lovely. But £35 for a mediocre bottle of wine seemed excessive.

Nice but finish on a low. Room was love my and the level of comfort was good. Breakfast was poor. Ordered poached eggs as they should be freshly cooked. Not these pre cooked and yokes allowed to go hard and they were cold. Black pudding was practically raw. Now I know you can eat blackpudding raw but this black pudding wasn't that good. This was not upto the standard that the Last Drop hotel would want to serve I'm sure.

Last minute booking - overall good stay with some improvements Quite location, locals we met friendly, views at back of spa by little village stunning. Grounds and buildings lovely. Hydrotherapy pool best bit of spa lovely and warm but being able to look out at some of the views. Some reception staff need to work on customer service/ communication skills when on arrival Didnt feel we got full experience as not able to have treatment as fully booked and also not being able to use spa after check out we only had from arrival of 3pm till 11am but we used spa till 7pm till we went for dinner by time we returned spa closed. In morning again by time we had breakfast we could only get hour in spa as to give us time to get changed and packed up to leave room on time. So would of been nice to of been able to enjoy spa after check out till 3pm.

Relaxing Breakfast was very over priced and you had to wait around for a long time for the food to come out. One food would come out and another food would run out so your breakfast would end up cold by the time you sat down to eat it. Breakfast buffet. Fresh breakfast would of been better

Overall a nice romantic night away, we didn't take walking shoes so probably didn't take full advantage of the surrounding area. Nice pool, food was nice and bar, slept well. Seemed reasonably family friendly, lots of different ages staying.

We came over the weekend for a bed, breakfast and dinner break overnight. We booked an executive family room which was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was nice. There were two weddings and another function taking place but these did not bother us at all as the resort is quite large.

The pool and thermal suite were fine. The food was also good.the main issue was that the staff were not very friendly or polite, everything seemed to be a bother to them. Not great customer service but a nice stay regardless.
