Family wedding weekend Food reasonably priced. Efficient service, even when busy. Breakfast included lots of healthy food and a range of foods to choose from. Always somewhere to sit in the shared areas. Parking was easy. Unfortunately we didn't get time to explore the shops and make use of the spa. Looked very inviting! The location of our room meant a short walk in the rain and up steps. There was a continuous low noise that we could hear if we woke in the night ... a generator? However, I would still revisit this hotel and recommend to visitors to the area.

We stayed on a spa break and the overall experience was ok. The staff were really helpful & friendly so they can’t be faulted and the food was nice but the facilities weren’t great. The spa isn’t very luxury.. it was very overcrowded and the ‘infinity pool’ looks out over the main car park so not very relaxing. Our hotel room was very dirty.. even crumbs all over the floor so it clearly hadn’t been hoovered. It doesn’t look the same as online so we really overpaid compared to other spa breaks and probably wouldn’t go back.

We enjoyed it we had a good time with good friends, good food, pity about Mr Poo The room was nice. Food was very nice, Breakfast was awesome There were no lifts, and it was a bit of a trek up a few flights of stairs of differing lengths. Someone did a poo in the Massive Jacuzzi, so that was closed, and we were not allowed to go in it, until the next day, we were leaving then so never got to use it. Most places do this, pouring the dregs of wine bottles into one bottle, behind the bar, naughty :( A few of the shops have not reopened after covid, which was a shame.

Very peaceful and calming. Very peaceful and calming, for the first time in my life, I spoke to someone, I trusted people, that only comes from a place that is designed around total zen..

last Drop is an enormous venue with many reasons to stay, from huge spa, to golf, hill walks and a great breakfast. It is a little outdated now, but clean and friendly service. Nearby Jumbles Country park is very pretty. We attended a family event at the hotel which was extremely well managed, great food and excellent service. The rooms are clean and large, but bathroom is outdated.

Mid week overnight stay as an additional treat for my wife’s birthday. Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff, food and service very, very good. Good spa with a nice variety of sauna/steam rooms with a nice but small pool.
Room clean and warm if I have a slight negative it would be that the room was a little old fashioned and the hotel location was in the midst of a new housing estate.
All that being said I would still probably stay again as it was great value for money and the service and food were excellent.

I would fully recommend Leeanne for your spa treatments and message. I struggle finding a decent masseuse to take away the tension. Leeanne is very thorough and firm , I have already booked in for my next treatment.

Not the best experience, had better but also had worse.. a lot of tinder dates going on 😂😂😂
Breakfast was ok
Main meal in restaurant was nice apart from cold starter, nothing to write home about though
Executive room was an average double room
Our pamper kit consisted of a body lotion and 2 flannels
Spa was not the best I get a lot better at my gym

We went for an overnight spa visit and were both very happy with the facilities.

The food was excellent. The room was basic but adequate for our needs. Overall a lovely visit for my sister’s birthday celebrations.

Really enjoyed our night stay,we had 2 course meal and breakfast and food was fantastic. The bar was reasonably priced and staff all around the hotel were great. Our room was good albeit quite small. The little village itself is nice but the pub was shut which was disappointing.Very sad about the houses being built by the hotel, the last time we went you could sit on the hydro pool outside and stare across the penines but now it's just a housing estate literally right in front of the hydro pool, very good hotel though

We stayed here for three nights. Every member of staff were brilliant. I have an allergy to all dairy and soya. The restaurant took the time to mark off on the menu the selection I could have. The chef even made me my own pepper sauce! That meant a great deal.
We had a ball. We painted at the pottery, relaxed at the thermal pool and had a great afternoon tea.
I come down to visit my cousin once a year. The Last Drop will be our new annual trip! Thank you for a brilliant stay.

It’s a shame that the new housing estate is so close, it diminishes the beautiful settings and view from the spa etc. The cost was once worth it for the settings but that does feel the case now. However for those that never knew the before view may not be considered.

COSY Romantic getaway Can only rate 10/10 as every other detail was absolutely perfect, beautiful facilities, beautiful location, amazing staff great as a brilliant romantic stay, loved the look of the place felt very cosy and the cottage was amazing. Especially our room, staff was very attentive and down to earth. Nice facilities throughout the place, liked the fact they had a few choices for food for e.g the Inn, cafe area, restaurant and bar. Bed was comfy, good standard of selections in the room coffee, chocolates, iron, iron board, soaps and complimentarys were lovely. Breakfast was amazing at resturant, evening food AVOID!!! dont worry though, still a few places to eat at here. But the food in the restaurant was shockingly bad. I'm never one to complain, but after booking what looked like a high cuisine meal at reception area, I went to choose the duck from the menu. At £24 I expected fresh food and a nice piece of duck, however the potatoes were like the one of microwave beef hot pot potatoes and a tin of garden peas and mushy peas mashed together as a small portion. Felt like the potatoes peas was just microwave food, duck tasted nice but was very dissatisfied by the quality and taste of food. As said before I'm not usually fussy with food but you could tell it tasted microwaved and for the point of a romantic restaurant I did expect better. Was unfortunately sick from the food, Sauna and swim area was lovely however really bad damp smell in the main sauna, could have done with some essential oils sprayed in it

My husband and I got married at Last Drop Village on 28/10/2022 and throughout the whole process Liz Blackmore was an absolute godsend. Nothing was too much trouble and she really looked after us while we planned our special day. We had exclusive use of three function suites for our day; the Chetham Suite for the ceremony, Mimosa Suite for the wedding breakfast and Penny Farthing Suite for our evening reception. Liz made sure our ceremony and breakfast suites were set exactly as we wanted them to be with our place settings and favours set perfectly.

We were also assisted by Rhodri and Franco throughout our ceremony and wedding breakfast. They made us feel like the most important people in the world!

Our wedding breakfast was delicious with huge portions! Everyone commented on how delicious and well presented it was and how unusual to be fed so well during a wedding breakfast! Huge thanks to Anthony the chef for providing a delicious meal!

For our evening reception, Liz introduced us to Zoe who would be looking after us for the evening. What a lovely lady she was and so very helpful! We had an incident with a guest that was required to be removed from our party and Zoe took control and ensured this incident did not affect our evening at all.

Finally, our wedding night was made all the more special by the suite we were provided with for our night! It was HUGE with a sitting room, huge bedroom and big bathroom!

We felt very special indeed and would definitely recommend the Last Drop for any function!

We can’t wait to visit again!

Myself and My partner stayed overnight at last drop village. Overall our stay was really nice, the reception team to begin our experience were very kind and friendly. Moving onto the bar team aswell. What ever your needs, just ask.
The spa team are quick to sign you in and hand you a towel which is great. And too and just as friendly.
Shout out to Amanda, Jean, & Julie(legends) The lad that managed to get me a banana at breakfast, & the restaurant team. Thanks.
