The rooms and decor in general needs to be updated. Very nice place though with good customer service.

Clean and neat rooms. No air con. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the online check out system was a nice touch!

One of my favourite hotels in Europe. Quaint little village….lovely rooms…great food… the service provided by both Brooke and Ian in the bar was first class. However the experience I had on reception this time was disappointing as the lack of interest showed by the man on reception during check in left a downer on the experience. I will be back and I would hope that next time that this is resolved. And yes I do have his name if the Last Drop wants it.
Other than that though it was the usual First Class experience.

Really nice stay. Excellent evening dining staff. Spa was good for a hotel at this price point. Tea and coffee in room frugal. Breakfast service slow, would prefer buffet.

Relaxing I have stayed many times over the years. I'm saddened by the houses but I guess that's the way life is currently. I feel they spoil what WAS a lovely view from yhe infinity pool. Other than that the stay as always is great. I cone to visit my parents up at St Anne's church and just to spoil myself and have lovely walks.
Staff and the rooms are always excellent. I think the extra charge for a dog is slightly excessive. My dog is clean and doesn't moult do I don't consider he is much in the way of extra work...you'd hardly know he was there. But again a moot point and a sign of the times.
Meals were excellent and good value.
All fab. Cheaper charge for the dog.

Great hotel! Staff were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Very cute village set up of the property. Nice fresh rooms, comfy beds, great showers. I had some work related printing requests fulfilled without issue, very impressed. Avoid crispy black pudding...

Good value stay The grounds of the venue were very impressive, the spa was good value and the room was spacious and clean. No air conditioning makes it very uncomfortable in the hot weather.

We had our wedding at The Last Drop on 14/06/25. What a day. Jacqui and Mia were absolutely unbelievable. Jacqui supported us all the way through our organising of the wedding, right through to the day. Mia then looked after us for the rest of the day. What a pair. I would 1000% recommend the Last Drop, the food was amazing, rooms were great, service from EVERYONE that we encountered was fantastic and I genuinely wish we could do it all again. Thank you to every single one of you, you’re great at what you do!!

I liked the quaint village feel and the staff were friendly and attentive. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I, as a vegetarian didn't want the veggie sausage or spinach so chose only the other veg options. A small meal was delivered to me. I feel that if you are not have the meat products, add extra hash browns, mushrooms etc. Also, my scrambled eggs were not good! No one came to check if everything was OK with our meal. I feel it wasn't good value for what I received. This spoilt what was otherwise a good trip.

Superb 2 nights stay ahead of the ACT Pantomime awards . Having stayed only one night last year I decided this year to stay for 2 nights for a mini break .

Having arrived late on the Friday we all headed straight in for food . Superb food and portion sizes in the last drop village pub area .

We kept running out of certain beers in the fridges but shout out to Megan on the bar who kept refilling them from the cellar for us .

Night one went on well into the evening - it was great to listen to local music in the bar whilst having a great catch up with everyone .

Day 2 started with a continental breakfast as well as a cooked breakfast .
Couldn't fault it at all . Piping hot and fresh coffee . The manager serving breakfast was very efficient .

After a few beers it was time for a quick snack before getting ready for the act awards .
Pizza ordered from the hotel bar was fresh and delicious . Very much enjoyed .

Then it was soon time for the ACT awards . A stunning venue for the evening .
Three course meal was excellent fresh and full of flavour . Washed down with a few beers of course .

Again the night went on late and it was a superb evening .

The Sunday morning we all met for breakfast where staff found us a couple of big tables so the majority of us could sit together . Breakfast was hot and fresh .

Checkout by 11am was all sorted and then it was a quick coffee and then back on the road .

A superb weekend and look forward to going again soon

Great atmosphere around the site and excellent breakfasts. There can be a very faint whiff of dog in pet friendly rooms. Next time we will specify a non pet room.

But a very pleasant stay for 2 nights whilst visiting mother-in-law. Will definitely be back.

Nice one night break. Lovely location with everything you need at hand. Our room was rather dated and needed some TLC. Carpet was stained, walls badly marked and dirty.

Can’t fault it in any way. Spot on It was spot on in every way It’s just a small thing, but at breakfast the tables in the restaurant were quite “sticky “

Review of 2-Night Spa Stay
I recently stayed for two nights as part of a spa break booked through a third-party website, and overall, I had a really lovely and relaxing experience.
There was a small mix-up at check-in, as the receptionist initially thought I had booked for just one night instead of two. However, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and the issue was quickly resolved.
I stayed in an Executive Double Room. While the room was a little dated in terms of décor, it was very clean and comfortable.
As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how safe and welcome I felt throughout my stay. Walking around the village area and between my room and the facilities felt very secure, even in the evening. The staff across the spa, pub, and shops were all incredibly warm and accommodating, which made a big difference to my stay.
This is a lovely spot if you’re in need of a peaceful break, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Carpet pulled away and slippery, Restaurant seating old torn and uncomfortable to sit in. We had one refill on the single use toiletries supplied for 7 night stay. Bed Sheets replaced once and towels replaced twice for the stay. Batteries not replaced in the safe often, People passing by the room (73) all hours of the night talking.

The bed is the comfiest I have stayed in in a while and the staff was very attentive. The price of meals and drinks were reasonably priced and really tasty the fish pie was the best fish pie I have had in a while. We had a package deal so everything was included and I couldn’t complain about anything we did only stay the one night.

A stunning location Great breakfast service. One of the best we have experienced in the area. There was a very faint smell of dog in our room. In future I'll request a non pet friendly room - hopefully my wife won't then be affected.
