Travelled for a wedding in Bolton, the location is great, however the rooms are extremely dated. Some functions such as water pressure and drainage in the bathroom were faulty, the rooms showed visible signs of wear
For the pricing would expect a more modern/updated room

The hotel looks a bit tired and grubby overall.

Fantastic time spent with family over Easter. Kids had a blast in the swimming pool whilst parents had sauna/steam room etc.. food was absolutely bang on for adults, but for kids, a few more options would be nice (especially for the new gen picky eaters). Staff were absolutely brilliant 👏This was our 2nd visit and would definitely come again.

Booked a last minute spa break for me and my daughter, and upon booking directly, Stephen was very helpful- sharing the best room rates and latest offers. The room was spacious and clean with separate hallway / dressing area . We ate at the hotel and the food (both during the evening and during breakfast) was tasty. On arrival, Jessica was very friendly and attentive. Kaitlin on the Reception desk was equally so helpful and very polite.

I went on a trip to Last Drop my only complaint as a disabled guest was being put in a room up a flight of stairs with tripping hazards. I use crutches and had especially asked to be on the ground floor. Nice hotel with brilliant amenities from restaurant and cafes to a pub, hairdressers, and pottery barn and spa.

Lovely spa and comfortable rooms. Just be aware that some cottage rooms are up quite steep steps.

Room was ok.

Noisy people upstairs.

Music blaring until 2:00am in the morning.

Waited 30 minutes to receive our breakfast which never came after asking THREE times.

Left without eating.

Won’t stay there again.

☹️

Lovely place, would defonetly recommend for a nice relaxing few nights away.

Staff are great and really attentive.

Breakfast was great too for £10 each 👍

Only downfall would be its a little expensive for food and drinks.

£3.40 for a coke is abit silly.

Again, amazing place, facilities and staff.
Paid £310 for 2 night stay for 4 with 2 dogs which is reasonable compared to other similar standard stays nearby!

Regan ( Assistant Manager Restaurant) is friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our meal and received the vouchers that we entitled to. She provided excellent customer service and is a credit to the hotel.

I had a half spa day with afternoon tea, food was lovely. Spa facilities were a bit dirty and I did enjoy using them but the outlook is not countryside, it's a housing estate view from the infinity pool. My treatment was good too. But I don't think I would come back as the facilities need cleaning and upgrading as it's looking tired. I did feel relaxed.
