An excellent stay All staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room and hotel areas were all clean and comfortable. The food was of a good standard with plenty of choice. Nothing to dislike. All good.

Friendly reception, old and worn rooms Location and spa was nice It looked tired, mirror and bath showed sign of mouldy sealant and dirty/ worn marks on the mirror.
We order breakfast the night before twice but the staff in restaurants did not receive that request and we were turned away twice till we had to get reception to confirm it

Room was cold and only a single radiator so not perfect.
Leisure here is worth the price on its own, Great steam rooms, sauna, pool and infinity pool.
Breakfast very poor. Had to wait 30 minutes for something obviously kept warm in the oven in the kitchen - may as well be a buffet, at least i could have seen it was poor and overcooked and just had cereal and toast and got on my way

This was just lovely, I had the best massage with Shasita on the Saturday. This was followed by a free session in the gorgeous outdoor pool. I haven't been that chilled in years. The shops in the little village are gorgeous & the food is delicious. A winner all round for us.

Great room with a trek! Location close to the venue I was in the area for. Breakfast was great. The bed was ok, the duvet was so comfy. The bed was a little too soft, disturbed a back injury. Had to walk through the garden, carpark and through other room buildings to get to my room.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and it was the perfect place to hold a wedding.Special thanks must go to Jackie the wedding coordinator. She was amazing.

Room was spacious and clean, beds and pillows were so comfy, staff were friendly and helpful, I would say the only thing was the room was miles away from the bar and restaurants quite a trek

Loved the pool and thermal suite. I've stayed at 4 hotels in the area and this was the best. Restaurant steal was amazing. Most meals seemed to come with coleslaw rather than any meaningful fibre and nutrition. I ate at the bar the pub the restaurant and found the same in each. Pool opens at 6:30 which isn't quite early enough for my taste. Especially when they were 5 minutes late opening the door and I had to ask at reception.

Relaxing environment with excellent service for a great price. I had been before this time but would definitely go back The area and distinct features of the building and little village. Nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel, food and location were very nice as you'd expect and the staff were obliging, nothing was too much trouble. The only issue I had was the pillows, ouch, none were soft or supportive enough. I have issues with my neck and should have taken my own pillow. My bad

Hotel was lovely and clean . Our bedroom was very pleasant , very helpful staff. Grounds are beautiful. Would be happy to visit again .
We only booked for a single person but then I decided to join at the last minute . They waived the difference which was very nice of them. Nice to see staff turned out nicely and helpful. Would be happy to recommend . Would like to have had tissue in the room, when turning on the hot tap pump made a loud noise . Over all a good experience.

I have just returned from a four day stay at this hotel.
Hotel very clean, beautiful location and delicious food.
Franco the restaurant manager is a delight. Very attentive, efficient and always happy to check we were ok. The restaurant staff were mainly young and coped well with busy meal times. The lady supervisor who worked in the breakfast room on the morning of 11th Sept was under a lot of stress getting breakfast for 60 people about to depart the hotel. She remained really calm and kept a smile on her face. She is definitely an asset to the hotel.
My only complaint was the price of the drinks. £28.45 for a bottle of wine seems extremely expensive. We would of gone out a lot more to the delightful little pub on site if the drinks were slightly cheaper.
All in all I would definitely recommend a visit to this hotel.
